I love how you can ride the electric bike like a regular bike no power, or if you feel a little lazy you can turn it on with just a push of a button and cruise slow to fast. And YES it does come with a BASKET but it came separately in a week or two. I Have not had any problems with it (: and it does cruise up to about 30 -32 mph. (: I tested it. It's great for going up steep hills. the frame work is great makes it easy to get on the bike. I like how you can get it in white but it would be better if it came in pink or purple, red, blue, yellow. if you decide to get this electric bike it is a great choice and fun to ride

Update 2: controller issue. Bike will not run. Basically be weary of purchase even with warranty, taking a long time to resolve!Update: resolution of issue. Recommend getting the WARRANTY from amazon. Love this bike, like I knew I would....... Error code E 10. not sure whats wrong. Everything went together smoothly, battery all charged and ready to go. Went to test ride and nothing. Not sure if its easy fix or not. Im sure once its running it will be great.Contacted seller, amzon, everyone under the sun. Waiting for someone to respond and correct.

I am commuting with this bike, Nakto Elegance. I will give a list of the pros and cons to this bicycle in my opinion. Keep in mind that this is my first ebike. Prior to this I rode a high class Electric Motorcycle.Pros:- Cheap price for a fully assembled ebike given the power of the motor and battery- The frame of the bike seems strong and endurable- Achieves the speed limit of my state (20 mph)- The light and horn work well enough- The display allows for customizing settings if you ask the seller for the manual- The seller has been very good at getting back to me and knowledgeable about the ebike itself- The battery is removable and the control is relatively easy to access if need beCons:- The seat is very uncomfortable (I immediately replaced it)- There are no shocks on this bike and the wheels do not absorb the blow (pick a good seat to help)- The basket does not work with this bicycle. It will be flimsy, droop, and bounce open a lot. (trunk will be better)- The instructions for assembling this bicycle are for their other models. (I figured it out on my own)- The brakes are not the best. They do not stop the bike as quickly as I would like. I have tried tuning them, but had no luck. I might take them to a professional to see what can be done.Ultimately, for this price, the bike works as an entry level e-bike. Little tweaks here and there make it better. I do not know why the website says this bike can go anywhere near 30mph. The highest I have gone is 23mph with a lot of effort and tweaking the settings. 250w motors have their limitations, but that is what you are paying for. It is an appealing bike to look at and I prefer bikes without gears, so this is ideal for me. My adaptations for this bike will be as such: Comfy and shock absorbing seat, take off the front basket entirely, replace the pedals with larger and grippier pedals, and install a trunk on the back for cargo. I did go through the settings on the display and change a few things that made more sense to me. Kind of wish the torque was better given it is electric, but once again, I am coming from a motorcycle so, meh.

I had it professionally assembled, at nearly 70 nothing is easy. The seat is nor comfortable for me, I wished I could have change it out from my other bike but didn't line up. I bought this because I could go places with my other but struggled to get back, bad knees. Wish the toddler worked by turning away from me rather than towards me. I accidentally turn it with out knowing it and unexpectedly accelerate.

I bought this bike 14 months ago. Had a little over 300 miles on it. It died. Needed a new controller and displayer. Ordered the part but they couldn’t be shipped to Canada. Set up an account in the US to receive. Drove 90 miles to receive. Took it to a reputable bike shop in Canada. They claimed it was the wrong part. Dealt with Custimer Service rep Angie. All went well till I said it was the wrong part. Angie directed me to a wonderful bike shop in Watertown, NY. A week ago I arrived at the bike shop with my Nakto part and they agreed it was the wrong controller. They tried calling California and as of writing they nor I have had any communication with Nakto. I would not recommend this company. I have asked for a return label and have not received one. The bike shop in Watertown NY has 3 other Nakto E- bikes awaiting parts. I would not ever buy another Nakto bike. Good luck if you already have one and now I have missed 1 month of biking. Yikes! Very disappointed customer.

There are few options for a smaller person. This is my second e-bike and this lacks some quality and features. Front brakes needed a ton of adjusting. Rear brake isn't great. Still haven't received the basket, they say it comes separately. After first charge and no riding, battery is only showing 4 of 5 battery power. Seems a bit expensive compared to my other ebike.

It is an aluminum frame, and seems like a very good quality bike. The basket is really cheap and we are not using it. You will have to figure out the assembly yourself... but it was not that bad. The motor is not powerful enough to pull you up a steep hill by itself but with your assist will work fine. Good battery life.

The bike itself is not bad and is decent value for the price. However, I still have not received my basket (it has been 2 months) and after I was told it would be sent, the seller is now unreachable. I filed a complaint through Amazon and was told to return the bike for a refund....um, how and why? I have used the bike extensively and just want the basket that I paid for or compensation. On a side note, replace the seat immediately to avoid maximum discomfort and bruising.
