This watch band is lightweight and although it's plastic is breathable due to many ventilation holes which makes it great for physical activity. The watch is very well protected in this band. It is very easy to install the watch in the band - it's a simple pop in and out. No pins to play with. My wrist is small so it's a little bulkier than I would like but it's great for gym workouts.
