Works great

In my experience, the True Image cartridges work just as well as the OEM HP ones. And they're so inexpensive compared to the HP that even if you get a "bad" one once in a while (which has happened to me with other brands, but not with True Image), then heck just throw it in the trash and buy a new one -- you've still saved $100 over the cost of the HP.

With a genuine HP cartridge being nearly $200USD I was skeptical about how a an under $40 replacement cartridge would work. To my surprise this works just as good as a genuine cartridge. Perfect fit, printer recognized it right away, been using it for the past few months with 0 errors or issues. Would buy again without hesitation.

Not worth it. Toner cartridge lasted less than 2 months before having to be replaced. Do not purchase!

Worked fine on our printer but didn't last as long as it states. We print the same number of pages each month from the same computer so could tell this one showed out of ink earlier than oem

I purchased this cartridge as it seemed like a great alternative to the overpriced name brand option. It arrive quickly but I was disappointed that it did not print properly. I called the company expecting a long chain of automated prompts but immediately got a person on the line. They were kind and offered to send me an replacement. It arrived quickly and worked perfectly. They followed up with an email just to make sure everything was right. I sincerely appreciate the quality customer service and will continue to purchase from them as needed.

This ink cartridge was easy to install and worked well immediately. Same quality as OEM.
