Perfect fit and exact dimensions for my Festool TC 55 track saw, clamps, and accessories. I wanted a cost effective 110” track for ripping 8’ sheets of plywood, and cutting matching slabs of live edge for glueing. Comes packaged extremely well in heavy, double boxed cardboard boxes with enough adhesive chip stripping for four 55” guide rails. Chip stripping ships wrapped around the outside of the individual boxes in the inside of the outer shipping box. Reverse wrapping them in a coil helps straighten them for easier and more secure application works well. Pressing them down hard with a wooden dowel or block helps secure the adhesive securely to the track. Making the first cut with the track with material under the track and chip stripping so the saw cuts the excess chip stripping cleanly. The connectors that ship with the tracks are quite short, 8” long, and are rather loose fitting in the track guide slots. I had an extra pair of Festool connectors which are steel, 12” long, and fit much more snugly into the track guide slots. I’m very pleased to now have an inexpensive long guide rail that works well for long, accurate, perfectly straight cuts.

I just received the (2) pack of 55” tracks today they were very well individual packaged, double heavy cardboard boxes and wrapped in protective foam, each track has splinter guard wrapped around the 55” track enough for both tracks so they provide you with enough to install and replace the splinter guard and nice bonus. Now to the Quality of the tracks, I had read a couple of negative reviews, The Quality is Identical to the Germany tool manufacturer, I know I own 3 Festool 55’s and multiple Festool tracks. I laid them side by side and end to end, took a dial caliper and measured the thickness of the aluminum extrusion and the width of the guide rail all were Identical to the original. The only difference I found is that the (2) track connectors are quite a bit shorter and are aluminum instead of steel. They do have a milled rebate or rabbit cut on each side which pulls up into the open area where you tighten the set screws, the set screws are actually a improvement over most of the other the bearing side is enlarged, flared or like a screw head to improve bearing with against the track. I have a set of the 32” tracks arriving in a couple of day. I am Very happy with them, I can’t figure why you would buy Factory.

Using the saw track guide is so easy. Measuring and setup are a breeze. The glue on the polypropylene does hold quite so well.
