Beautiful candles. Provides ambient lighting. Using in windows for Christmas season. However, one of the four candles does not work on the timer setting. Stays on 24 hours. Defeats the purpose of setting the timer and not having to turn it on and off every day.Edit to add: I reached out to the seller and they promptly replied and are sending our a replacement. Good customer service!!

Great product. Bought one set to try it out after reading reviews, and they are a decent price. Came back for two more sets! Each set came with four candles. They are separated from the gold bases most of them when they arrive so you will need to attach them. You will need to separate the gold base from the candle stick (easy) to flip the black switch to “I” instead of “o” and leave it there. Then carefully unscrew the bulb from the top and remove the red plastic protecting the battery connection. On one of mine I accidentally unscrewed the bulb only instead of the bulb and battery receptor. I was able to twist the bulb back into place and then unscrew both together. They all come with batteries already but out of multiple sets (3 boxes=12 candles) there was one where the batteries were dead/ malfunctioning. I cleaned the receptor off fist with a dry wipe but in the end had to change the batteries by deductive reasoning and it worked just fine. Some people complained that their candles didn’t work upon arriving, hopefully they did all the above before placing a rotten review. The candles come with window hangers, but I have mine just sitting in the windowsill. I control them all with one remote. I saved the window hangers and the other two remotes (one remote for each box) in a sandwich bag that will go in my Christmas storage box incase I need them. These candles flicker gently and give a romantic amber glow. They have a timer, but usually I just go around and click them off with my remote. Click off for each candle standing quite near them. I am very, no extremely pleased with these candles and would recommend them to anyone and certainly will. If I move in the future and have more windowsills I will be buying more. I actually have a couple of spares from these purchases and have one on the fireplace and one in the bathroom. They are lovely. Will post a picture soon. Too cold today.

Love the way they look, but there is a problem with them not turning off when they are supposed to. And when I choose the steady option, they sometimes will turn on to flickering and don’t turn off.

The candles are perfect for the front windows. During the holidays I love that look.The remote is very nice ,works very good, just have to point the remote at each candle. For on and off ,timer etc. Very nice!!

The timers are not working correctly. Sometimes they stay on all day and sometimes they work correctly. The candles look great and the remote works. This would be a 5 if the timer function worked correctly.

I cannot count how many compliments I have had on these candles. I have 1 in each window of my house including my enclosed back porch. These are just beautiful very nice quality very well made And the batteries last a lot longer than I thought they would. I set them on flicker for 4 hours. They turn on every evening at 8:00 PM. They make my house so cozy and beautiful at night. I could not be happier with these candles. They are very well made. I have had mine for 2 years! Never had to replace a single one. A couple of times, 1 of my kitties had Somehow knocked 1 off the suction holder. It fell onto the carpet. Still worked perfectly fine. Love these. I'm ordering another set as a backup. They look especially beautiful in the winter!! These are probably the best and longest lasting window candles I have EVER used. I could not be more happy! Outstanding!!!!

The timer doesn't work! I have to try all of them, maybe I'll find 1 that works? UPDATE...NONE OF THE TIMERS WORK! WASTE OF MONEY!

So much thought went into the design of these! Likely some engineer who really knew what they were doing came up with this design. The new design addressed and fixed, everything that was obsolete and a hassle with the old, outdated plastic Christmas candles. The awkward, too-big, plastic bases--gone, replaced by a smaller base that will fit on even the bottom of a window frame. Long overdue for modern windows without much of a window sill. There's a clear, unobtrusive suction cup attachment that will anchor the candle to a glass pane, too. Be sure not to lose these, they are so useful! The bases are still plastic most likely, but they look convincingly like silver or brass, your choice, which looks ever so much nicer. The candles themselves are white, not that ugly beige like the obsolete ones. I don't know if the bulbs are replaceable or not, but they are LED lights, so they ought to last for years, and use less energy in the bargain. The bulb shell are also white, but the light bulb within gives off a warm golden light as pictured. The shape of the bulb shells is updated to look more realistically flame-like, and there is an optional setting that even makes the light appear to flicker gently. It's as though they thought of everything possible to make these Christmas candles look like "real" candles. The batteries that power them are included. Oh, did I mention the remote control units? They have timers with a choice of two settings, 4 or 8 hours. They make using them a breeze. All in all, these candles are well worth the price. I started out with 8 for the front windows only, but next year I would like to buy candles for all the windows. I wish they'd had these years ago, but I'm just happy with them now!

For the price I’m not overly impressed. The light is not very bright. If they were cheaper they might be ok but they cost way more than they are worth.

I have a candle that doesn’t work already. Would like another one.
