Keep your fish oil fresh
Even if you don’t buy other supplements direct, I feel it’s important to buy fish oil direct and then keep it in your fridge. I used to dislike these because of the fishy aftertaste or burps. But what I didn’t realize was that that meant it was oxidized and less beneficial or even potentially harmful. So even if you don’t buy anything else directly, get this one and keep it refrigerated.
