All Day Comfort
I ordered this chair to replace a gamer-style chair I purchased a few years ago. The packing job for all materials was well done. They packed each piece in its cardboard, wrapping, or partition. Each part was well-protected and the directions were pretty good. Regarding the instructions, it was easy to figure out which screw to use based on the count, but it wasn't specific in the instructions. Also nice they provided 1 extra of each screw (although I didn't need them). All tools were provided as well. The foam seat pad is comfortable. Time will tell how durable it is, but currently, I am more than satisfied. This chair is far more comfortable than the XL Gamer chair I bought. I used some upgraded wheels that I already owned Not sure how I feel about the seat pan as initially, I felt like I was leaning to one side. I double-checked my installation and realized it was just the cushion which was fine after it fully expanded. All in all, comfortable. My only recommendation would be a way to lock down the lumbar support so it doesn't slide up and down once you get it positioned in the right spot.If you are looking for a comfortable office chair, then this is a good one to consider. As a person who spends a great deal of their time in an office chair, this is extremely comfortable and on par with chairs with significantly higher cost.

Better for posture
Very easy assembly and good instructions. The material feels very sturdy, the mesh and seat cushion are very comfortable.I really like the style with the armrests being seperate for the back so they stay where they are when you lean.I am 6ft, 200lbs with bad SI/lumbar problems and spend a lot of time at a desk so having a comfortable chair is very important, and I'm mostly pleased with this. The head rest is fixed and feels a bit awkward to use when combined with the extremely limited backwards lean of the chair. I thought for sure the adjuster was stuck at first but it really only leans back a little. While good for forcing a good posture on you, sometimes you gotta take a break and lean back and you can't really do that here. The adjustable lumbar support only touches my back starting about halfway up, though my spine isnt exactly normal so may just be me.I'll give it an extended try to see how it feels over time compared to my previous chair which can lean very far back and give me a break. Perhaps not having that option will do me some good.

Big and super comfy
For reference, I am comparing this against my Herman Miller classic aero chair. This chair is big.... the seat area is noticably bigger compared to my aero. That's not a bad thing. I didn't think I'd like the head rest, but wow, what an upgrade compared to the aero. I could imagine falling asleep in this chair. Generally feels sturdy but I have one strong recommendation should you buy this chair. Get some washers for the connection to the underside of the chair. I can see this being the failure point of the chair as the cutouts for the fasteners are a tad too wide. Unfortunately for me, my teenager sat in this chair and swiped it away so I'm back to my aero chair. Seriously comfy chair tho.

Pretty good middle of the road chair
This office chair has a couple of bells and not many whistles, but nevertheless is a reasonably comfortable chair.Assembly was fairly straight forward and not difficult. Luckily, an extra "G" screw was included as one screw had been improperly machined and the threads were borked. The wheels are standard office chair variety as most office chairs, but could use roller blade wheels as an improvement. The armrests can be adjusted vertically, but not rotationally or in/out (horizontal). To adjust backrest lean the chair resembles a recliner. The bottom seat can slide forward which allows for minimal rear lean of the backrest. The lumbar support can be adjusted vertically, but not so for the headrest. This is certainly a negative as taller folks like myself will find the headrest a bit too low. The chair also has the standard vertical adjustment via the main pneumatic cylinder. The seat cushion is fairly thick and padded and should be comfortable for most. The back is mesh which is, of course, cooler than a solid fabric or leather. My wife will be using this chair and after spending a short while getting acclimated reports that she finds it very comfortable.

Comfortable, easy assembly
This chair was a replacement for us and we are very happy with it. The assembly was easy and quick, and the chair is comfortable and easy to adjust for height and recline, along with the armrests. Looks great, functions as advertised, and feels to to solidly built and high quality. It has adjustable lumbar support but we haven't used it long enough to know how well it works overall, but it is comfortable to sit in for a few hours at a stretch. Nice office chair!
