A threaded insert was missing from a cross brace. Amazon could not solve the problem without me totally disassembling the entire chaise and trying to get all parts into the original box. A simple replacement of the 1.5" x21" piece or sending a threaded insert that I could install would have solved the problem. Luckily there was a note in the box from the manufacturer to send them an email if there were a problem. I submitted such yesterday and am waiting for a response.The unit looks fine and appears to be well engineered. Includes very clear assembly instructions, required tools and parts.

Well packaged and easy assembly make these chairs a winner! I bought four and put them together myself in no time. Will see how long they stand up to hot summers in the sun and rain but love how they turned out. Easy to roll around and sturdy. Good value for the money.

Easy to put together, one screw has a bur that we’re gonna have to sand down but otherwise great. We did add cushion. We have the plywood Adirondack chairs and this seems like the same type of material. Arms could be a bit higher but for the price, they are perfect!!!

I bought one for sunbathing. I think I will be purchasing a second! The chair is durable and easy to move with the wheels. It is fairly hard, so I think cushions are a must.

Easy to assemble, sturdy and very happy with. I would recommend paying attention to the width. With the arms on each side, a thicker person may not be comfortable in that chair. I am not a thicker person and there’s not much room so give that some thought before you order with the arms.

So happy I found this lounger to match our Adirondack chairs at a good price. Easy to assemble. Will probably need a cushion. It is on the small side but that’s fine it doesn’t overwhelm the space.Only complaint is that I cannot attach the bottom of the drink holder because there is no pre-drilled hole for the screw, not a big deal for most people but I don’t have a good drill to do it easily. Just have to use a big cup that won’t fall through!

Great purchase!We ordered 8 for our pool area and are excited to use them this summer. I love the wheels, makes moving them so much easier.I ordered these because of the material not being natural- these have the look without the risk of warping like the real wood options.So our hopes are high on the durability and longevity.I will say that the size is great and the cup holder is a definite plus! Very easy to rinse off so it helps keep them clean.I will say I think it needs a cushion.

The product arrived and it is as advertised. Sturdy but not heavy and easy to move around on our deck. Assembly was not complicated and didn't take too long, all the parts and tools were there. We also bought a nice cushion for it and it is very comfortable to lay on and get some sum.
