The problem I had was the side clip broke when installing. I contacted the company and after proving it did break they sent me three replacement clips. I still had a problem with the clips remaining secure so I use double faced tape instead if the tape provided and they held. Also I recommend you install in warm environment as the clips are more flexible.

Once I got the deflector on, it really dressed up the front end of my Lexus. However, this project came with a few headaches. First, the instructions could have been much clearer and the font print darker. Removing the PSA tape was a challenge. It did not come off its paper backing very smoothly. It was not clear as to where the bumperons should go. From my past experience with other bug deflectors, the bumperons should be placed where the reflector is the most weak as the wind pushes against the deflector as you drive down the road. Especially at high speeds and windy conditions. In other words, as you drive, and when the wind pushes down on the deflector, you would want the bumperons beneath the deflector where it hits the finish of your car. And whatever you do, do not over tighten the screws. Make the screws just taut. I have yet to go through a car wash but if I do, I hope the reflector stays in place. Maybe I’ll do a sequel to my post to let you know how it goes.

The deflector is ok, the clips are terrible. Driving through the car wash and they get loose resulting in the visor banging up and down.
