Destroyer of Garlic!
I love this! Exactly as described, easy to use and very easy to clean. I was worried it wouldn’t let you brush off the garlic (or whatever you are grating) very well, but not a single piece was left behind. Very happy with my purchase!

Beautiful
It's a gorgeous dish. My wife and I use it to make garlic bread dip for dates.

BEST gift ever, but brush hairs fall out after a few months of use.
I use this plate all the time, and have gifted it numerous times. I have noticed that the hairs in the cleaning brush fall out after a few months of use. I only hand wash mine, and immediately after use with mild dish soap.

Aesthetically pleasing, but functionally lacking
I bought this for myself a few years ago as a solution for chopping very small garlic and ginger pieces which always seemed to be included with my meal kits. It's very well made and sturdy. Very high quality. However, I find it a pain to use. It seems to turn everything to liquidy mush and with ginger in particular everything clumps to the fibers, so there are just these fiber clumps in the tray. If the piece being grated gets too small, then your knuckles and/or fingertips will scrape the sharp. Once grated, it's also difficult to get the grated pieces out as it is all clumped together and stuck to the bottom. However, it's a great concept. I just don't find that it works that well, even 2 years later. I don't have great knife skills, but I find it more efficient to struggle through with a knife.

Love this little plate. It really grates garlic and ginger fantastically. And it is really pretty as well. I would never go back to a garlic crusher.

It’s great for garlic, it turns it into a paste, which a press or other graters won’t do. I also grate dark chocolate to sprinkle on my cappuccino. Very easy to clean and the garlic peeler is magic! The plate is also a pretty little piece.
