We both struggle to remember to scoop and we had so many different litter boxes we’ve tried. The finally pulled the trigger and spent the money and it was worth every penny! My only qualms are we had a minor bit of urine leak through onto the outside but I have not seen any since. Also the mat that came with it is garbage 😂. Couldn’t get it to lay flat at all because it was bent from shipping. We just use a reg rug and vacuum it. Our 2 cats definitely were scared of it at first. Then they used it and we were excited- then they hated it and one actually pooped on our carpet somewhere else in the house in protest 😂 I was determined so I turned it off and filled it with treats and catnip constantly and really encouraged them with positive enforcement: then a couple days later they were using it and then another day I would clean it manually periodically so it wouldn’t scare them. Bada bing here were are 2 months later and they use it perfectly! It’s so easy to empty. It keeps the stink down SO MUCH and we didn’t buy any of the sprays or filters. I think with 2 cats we empty it at most 2 times a week. Usually the first time it says it needs empty I open it and shimmy the poop and pee down into the bag and even it out and it gives it a couple more days. Sometimes there’s some minor things like I have to push the button a bunch of times or a glitch in the app but nothing major. I love it. I’m so grateful for it. It’s truly been a great blessing to us! If you want to use potting soil (and I don't recommend it for the sake of indoor smell and hygiene), you need to use some other sort of basic litter box. I recommend you read reviews of clumping cat litters to see what works best for others cats. **Q: Looking for adapter replacement, What's the voltage for its adapter?** A: Please see the attached video for the specifications of this adapter for local use in the USA. INPUT:100-240V~50/60Hz 0.7A MAX OUTPUT:12.0V==2.0A Also, you can purchase a replacement adapter by contacting our after-sales customer service team at support@petkit.com. **Q: What are the dimensions of the litter area inside the globe? Not the dimensions of the globe or the volume of the globe. Actual space the litter.** A: This cylinder is expected to hold around 3kg of cat litter. Of course, because different cat litters have different densities, the figures may vary. The mat inside the cylinder has a MAX scale line, so you can add litter up to the MAX line. **Q: How to bind pura max litter box to petkit app?** A: Thank you for your question. The steps to bind PETKIT PURAMAX litter box to PETKIT app are as follows: 1. Open PETKIT APP. Click the "+" sign in the upper right corner 2. Select PETKIT PURAMAX in "Add a Device". 3. Select a working WiFi and enter the password. Then wait for the device connection. 4. Click "Next" and the device name can be customized 5. Set the cat litter type, select the binding cat, and click "Start using". For more specific details, please refer to the attached video. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ BEST MONEY SPENT *by R***L on 2 November 2023* We bought ours two months ago and it’s been a LIFE SAVER for us!
