VViViD+ Premium Vinyl Wrap Film (1.49 Feet x 5 Feet, Gloss Muscular Magenta)

FIRST: I was very worried about the color especially because pictures on amazon were lacking. The color is different in different lighting, as all colors are, but in natural or bright light it is that glam hot pink we wanted! It does come across as darker magenta in poor light but we also have custom hot pink seats in our car and in low light people always call them red, that is just how pink looks in low light. Look at the difference between the door being wrapped on my kitchen table vs outside by the waterfall, big difference.First time wrapping. Did it with my wife. Im very skilled DIY and she is not so much but likes to partake in everything - that being said, I was able to handle the material and figure it out. She couldn't figure it out even after days of working with it. My point being is that wrapping in general actually takes some skill. I even struggled through most of this project but was able to correct most of my mistakes. Couple of notes..1) this was my first time wrapping anything so it was a huge undertaking and did not realize how technical some of the tougher part would be.2) If you stretch the material with heat, it is very difficult as a beginner to get the material to be predicable after that. After about 40 hours of working on this project i was able to more freely use the heat gun without shooting myself in the foot.3) The adhesive is pretty awesome but there are definitely a few places where i felt like i had to really melt the material to get it to stick, but it was the same level of adhesion that was very forgiving when I was correcting my own mistakes4) I watched about 15 hours of instructional videos before I did this.As far as the final finish, its incredible and turns heads everywhere we go.

First off I would like to Say that this vinyl is high quality thick vinyl not good for beginners. Trying to gloss a hood with only myself was very, very hard. The vinyl stuck to the roof it is not pressure sensitive, it just sticks makes it hard to release in gloss. I suggest having at least a few people to help stretch the vinyl over a roof.Took me Almost forty minutes to glossom roof was a pain in my butt. But overall it is a good quality vinyl, just not for beginners.I also suggest if you are going to do a roof or a hood to use a thinner pressure sensitive vinyl. Something that does not stick immediately once laid. 4 stars only because it's not easy to lay.

Wanted to wrap my car antenna without the cost! This worked perfect! And it was easy to apply a still looks great after going thru the winter season!

Okay so I enjoy tedious work and I already work with vinyl. I used this vinyl for my first car wrap. It is on the thicker side, but with the right touch of heat, you can get it to lay. Very smooth. If you’re a beginner I suggest starting with 3M or Avery as it is way more user-friendly to begin with. but I learned a lot along the way and this vinyl is some good stuff if you know how to work with it. Try not to use a ton of heat until you reach curvy areas and are ready to post heat. DONT FORGET TO POST HEAT!! If you need to just go find videos on YouTube for proper post heat instruction. I skipped a few areas and they because to lift but that was my fault! So I was able to go back and post heat and it hasn’t lifted again. I post heat at 180 degrees. Also don’t forget to clean surfaces very well, wash, degrease, use alcohol before applying to each panel. You will love this vinyl if done right. You got this 💯

I have done my motorcycle tons of times with this brand. And I have wrapped other cars. This is junk and peeling I have to keep fixing it constantly. I didnt even stretch alot. My car is mostly flat . I kinda want a refund. Very disappointed. It's not even been 5 months yet... Glue sucks. (Update) I put the complaint in. It has been about 2 weeks. All they told me is they want to see more pictures. And not told me anything about a solution. I'm not thrilled. And I won't ever buy vivid again. I actually was using vivid quite a bit.. but vynil frog hooked me up so I'm gonna see how much better if it is. Save up and buy 3m. Vivid might be good for a hobbiest using a cricket but def not good for a car.

First time I have vinal wrapped any thing I feel like a pro now wrapped my tool box and cart the camera makes the wrap colour look more vibrant but in reality THE COLOUR IS A BIT FADED/LIGHT but still goodHad too wet wrap the 3 big door panels the rest drawer peices were dry wrap awesome wrap for the money good colour

Excellent product, colour was accurate, very easy to work with around tight corners and amazing result. I can only imagine that any negative reviews are related to user error. Prepare your surface, use a heat gun, and be patient.
