Great product!
Works great! Makes upto 3 big cups of coffee in single go, very easy to use just press the button and let it do its thing. Haven't had any issues with it so far!

Worst product as I can't claim the warranty and the team is irresponsible stating they cannot do anything about the concern. It's just been 9 months purchasing the product and what's the point of giving 2 years warranty!

No coffee filter needed
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I like the Borosil brand and a big plus point was that I didn't have to purchase or change coffee filter papers all the time! The built in filter is economical and stress-free, anyone can operate this appliance and it's ideal for my small family, no need to throw out half a pot of unused coffee, just brew again if required

Inferior quality and bad design. Not worth it.
Bought this because I wanted to buy Indian, instead of a Morphy Richards or international brand (which is what I had previously). But the quality is inferior. Firstly - the glass jar is very delicate and easily breakable. Very unexpected from Borosil who have been known for their resilient glassware. Secondly - it doesn't filter all the water. The water simply sits in the filter. Attached pic. Thrirdly- Its definitely is not a 6 Cup maker. 4 cups of water acc to this machine makes one actual coffee mug of coffee. In all my previous machines, 4 cup marker make at least 2. So in one go you can only make 1.25 actual coffee mugs. Bottom line - do not buy.
