I used it for baking. It's fine so like a flour. Didnt get any sensitivity and it lasted ages.

Firstly reviews for this product are hilarious - read the description - fine oats (super fine) they are designed to be used in smoothies, protein shakes or baking - yes you can use them for porridge but why would you? Just buy normal oats for that and save yourself money!Great for smoothies; I would rather they were chocolate flavoured but these will do. Mix well, no issues.

Very misleading this is oat flour not oats at all… you cannot even called this fine oats……the packaging even says oat flour when it arrived.

Seen a lot of reviews that these oats make a 'pasty porridge', well perhaps that is because they are not porridge oats! Finely ground are perfect for portein shakes or smoothies, mixes well and adds body, plus high in carbs and low fat. A great addition if you are bulking or making meal replacement shakes.

Oats are decent enough but paper bag they come in was damaged from delivery and had small tear in the side so oats were spilling everywhere. Had to transfer them to another large container.

There is no any explanation in the description that it is flour. I expected to get rolled oats, but I got an oat flour :) If you need oat flour, this is your right choice. But if you need rolled oats, I would recommend going somewhere else.

Read the advert, you're buying oat flour!These go really well mixed in a protein shake or a smoothie.

Awful consistency.
