Recommend it. Great addition to the energy integrative movement exercises
Recommend it. I loved Author’s vision, research, & creativity in melding her extensive training in different energy modalities into a comprehensive program for Senior Citizens. The reproducible pages in back of text make great learning aids. Writing & instructions are clear, & easy to understand. Photos are helpful. Author provides access to on-line support videos for those not familiar to some of the exercises. I have not yet accessed these on-line videos. This text addresses a definite need among the growing senior population. I compliment author on the concept, design, enthusiasm & fun put into this program. Enjoy.

Doing this with friends helps you keep going.
I bought the book so when I travel with my motor home, I can do the exercises and keep up. I go to class at my senior center and do these exercises three times a week if possible.

Wonderful!!
As a veteran Brain Gym instruction who works with all ages, I am always looking for new ideas. This is a beautiful book with lots of ideas that my senior group loves! It is actually good for all ages, so I use it with my young clients as well and they like it too. I am grateful to Karen Peterson for her work. I hope she has another one in the works!

Not helpful
The front cover of this book gives the impression that there will be many Illustrations to show you how to do the exercises. However I found the pictures and directions lacking. I previewed the book, but pictures and activities were not provided in the preview. Many of the exercises were duplicated in different parts of the book. Although exercise in general helps brain function, most of the exercises listed to improve specific brain functioning are not supported by current scientific research. I'm very disappointed in this book and wish that I could return it for a refund.

I expected much more info for the charged price. At least double its page volume. The book comprises almost all the free info already offered in their former site which I read several times.

Fantastic and Useful program for seniors
An incredible 38% reduction in falls has been proven with this inexpensive program based on decades of brain study. Highly recommended for individuals and groups.

The Book is Good
I like the book since I am taking the classes. Without the classes, it would be more difficult to understand the book. I think you need both.

I love the book. If you purchase the book be certain to go to the website where you can get a link to some wonderful videos which slow how to execute the exercises from the book. A Plus!
