My order didn’t come with instructions. I purchased the teeth trays separately to put the gel in then wear. How much of the gel do I put in the trays?

It doesn’t take very much. It was trial and error with me. If you put too much it will leak out and burn your gums so wipe off any excess. I put it on my teeth then put the tray on. I just used my bite plate that I wear when sleeping. Hope that helps with your pearly whites.

How long must be left in place?

My dentist’s instructions said 2 to 4 hours. I left them in 3 and had a really noticeable change on the first use.
