Excellent vitamins, I have tried a lot of vitamin brands and with out doubts this one is the best until now, you can feel more energy during the day, been taking this since last year and i didn't get sick since then. No side effects noted like hunger increase, nausea or insomnia as others, completely recommended

Some people say it smells gross but I do not smell anything gross. I don’t notice any nasty taste either as some people seem to have reported. They’re not the easiest thing to swallow especially if taking another pill with this. Ingredient list seems to be pretty legit from what I can see! Quality seems to be good. Color is whatever it’s a multivitamin. The bottle recommends to take with food but I don’t and I feel fine.
