Well done! A story to strengthen those that put the effort to it. Fast paced & with a tempo that requires attention to detail. I was bound to this iteration of the Frizzy saga that I.

Can he keep it up for all the other books in the series? I certainly hope so 🙂. Very happy there are so many more to read.

I am reading the Drizzt Series by R A Salvatore and am thoroughly enjoying it. This book is a part of that series.

Salvatore masterfully highlights the destructive tendencies that grief can play on us. In addition to the intrigue gained from attempting to guess plot resolutions readers will find that the overwhelming battle scenes detract from the story. Readers will find that they want to skip past the battles to see what other surprising twist and revelations will come to be. Overall a thrilling addition to the legacy and definitely one worth reading.+ Friendship and grief.+ Vengeance and intrigue.

This is really a great series to buy and well worth the money to get the entire series. I never liked reading in the past but this series really captured my attention and held it fast. I am a Robert A. Salvatore fan when it comes to this series. I haven't read any of his other works yet but I really love his creativity, writing style, and definitely the character development coupled with the internal monologue given by Drizzt as he reflects on his life that gives incredible insight to life as a whole.

This book fell right in line with Salvatores story telling. On a side note how ever I feel the need to point out a chronological discrepancy(spoiler alert). When cattie goes to silverymoon following drizzt it says that she had never met alustriel, when in fact they spent time together at the ivy mansion in the halflings gem. Not the first discrepancy I've noted through the series but this one certainly isn't a minor as the others.

This book is about bravery, grief, friendship, survival bound in the lives of Drizzt and his friends. A must read!

I love fantasy and this series is a lot of fun. I suppose it is not for everybody, but if you like fantasy you will get dragons, dwarfs, giants, elves, black elves, hobbits, you name it. Magic and adventures pepper the fast-pacing plot. Enjoy and if you want to follow a piece of advice, start with the first one.
