I usually don't take the time to write long reviews, but the quality of this product, especially in its price range, compelled me to share my experience. The manufacturers seem serious about delivering good products at affordable prices and I felt it is my humble duty to write a review as a token of appreciation. I'm thrilled with the pTron Dynamo Ultra 20000mAh Nano Power Bank! As a Samsung Galaxy S-22 user, I needed a reliable power bank that could keep up. This device exceeds expectations. The compact design and LED display are great. Charging is incredibly fast (22.5W) - 54% to 80% in 19 minutes! My phone is nearly 2.5 years old, and I use Battery Protection mode, which limits charging to 80% unless I remove the protection. As a frequent traveler, I've faced low battery issues at least twice a day since my phone's battery drains quicker. Thankfully, a friend suggested this product, and I'm happy to report: - I get almost 5 full charges, more than enough for 2 days. - Three output ports allow simultaneous charging of my phone, earbuds, and watch. No more searching for charging points at airports or conference halls! Safety features, including multiple protections and BIS certification, provide peace of mind. Good. Value for money. But a compromised is done to keep the price lower, that is, while mobile charging speed is 22.5 watt with compatible cable and a phone supporting 22.5 watt charging, when you charge the power bank itself, it charges max at 18 watt. That is the compromise. I already knew this when placing the order, so it is not a problem for me. But the problem for me is that there is no user manual provided with the product. There is the power bank and a short type c cable in the product packaging box but no user manual. I can't understand how the power button works. Update: I figured out how the power button works. Single press is power ON. Quick double press is power OFF.

I'm impressed. I didn't think it was possible for a power bank to develop a sudden case of "I'm-going-to-explode" syndrome, but PTron has managed to achieve this feat. After a mere 11 months of usage, my trusty PTron power bank decided to bulge out like it's trying to make a break for it. I'm not sure what's more astonishing - the fact that it lasted almost a year or the fact that it chose to announce its impending doom in such a dramatic fashion. I mean, who needs a gentle decline into uselessness when you can just swell up like a pufferfish? Now, I'm left wondering if I should be grateful it didn't explode in my bag or if I should just be thankful it gave me a year's worth of charging on the go. Either way, I'm done with PTron. If you're looking for a power bank that'll keep you on your toes (and possibly give you a heart attack), look no further! *Update:* I'm tried warranty claim by visiting service center in Bengaluru and calling their customer care number. They rejected the claim saying bulding is not covered under warranty. It is because of overcharging. If it is so, why dont ptron protects overcharging, because they just want an excuse to reject the claim. Buyer beware!

Its easy to carry and small my oneplus 10 pro charges fast but i felt like its 15000 mah and not 20000 but all other powerbanks are like this only at this price. Been using it for 6 months and i am satisfied. Also left it for weeks and charge doesn't drop.
