Great tasting cinnamon. I love Vietnamese cinnamon. In my opinion, it's the best you can buy and worth the extra cost. There is another brand with a little more of the natural oils left in, but it isn't organic, so the slight flavor difference isn't worth the pesticides. Definitely recommend if you use large amounts of cinnamon. If not, split the bag with friends. Cinnamon loses flavor over time.
