This is Vol. 1 in a comedy manga series about the geeky schoolgirl Umaru and her big brother. I think she might have been a little brattier in this volume than in the future ones, but I definitely recommend the series if you like comedy and geek life references. It's a light-hearted series akin to Garfield, but with an anime girl.

I was a bit iffy if I should have bought this book or not, but now that I’ve read the first Volume, I plan on buying the rest! It’s a great series that you shiuld pick up. Even if you already watched the series, there’s some exclusive Manga-Only content that’s... well, in the Manga. I definitely think you should start reading the series!

This book is your standard size of most manga, not a tall book but a nice lengthy one.Really cute and captures the charm of the show. It is slightly offputting how short some of the stories are compared to their adaption to the anime but no complaints really.The print is a bit dark but all in all, a solid manga and worth it for fans.

Was not bent like some books arrive. Great price. Would buy again.

Onii-chan had to work late and TOTALLY forgot to get me the latest copy of Young Jump. So I rolled around on the floor and cried until he gave me this. I'm not familiar with this "Umaru", but she seems pretty great. I think we would get along well.

Fun characters and stories of Umaru and brother who she's living with. She is kind of Otaku nerd, and he is the opposite.

A highly underrated series. Character development is subtle, but good. Although targeted at teens, one could argue young adults can find it relatable, especially those with children or younger siblings.

Si ya conoces el anime, y fue de tu agrado, no existe pretexto para no tener este manga en tu colección, de buena calidad y buena traducción, sin duda se pasa un rato agradable al leerlo, con máxima probabilidad de leerlo varias veces, no queda más que esperar el siguiente número.El manga esta traducido al ingles, el cual es bastante básico.
