I’ve had this humidifier for a year now and it’s incredible. Keeps my rooms in the winter moist and comfortable keeps the house warmer easy to move around because it has wheels and services a large area. I love that you can put an essential oil in to fragrant the house.

We purchased the Hiswelle Humidifier in November 2024 and were extremely disappointed with the overall quality and support. The unit lasted about 13 months before serious issues began. During normal overnight use, once the water reservoir empties, the humidifier starts making a very loud, abnormal noise. Even more concerning, switching the device to “off” does NOT stop it—the unit continues running unless it is physically unplugged from the outlet. After unplugging, refilling the tank, and repositioning it, it works again… until the next time the tank empties. This strongly suggests a failure of the auto shut-off and/or power control system, which raises legitimate safety concerns. On top of that, despite regular and proper cleaning, mold buildup occurred, which is unacceptable for a product designed to improve air quality. We contacted Hiswelle customer service twice and never received a response. No acknowledgment, no troubleshooting, nothing. Amazon customer service initially gave us the runaround before finally agreeing to allow a return and refund after multiple contacts. Amazon really should review the vendors they allow on their storefront, because this product is poorly made and completely unsupported once something goes wrong. We’ve since purchased a different humidifier with far better build quality and excellent customer service, and the difference is night and day. Save yourself the hassle—do not buy this humidifier.

Avoid at all cost. I have tried to accommodate its downfalls but this piece of junk fails on multiple fronts. Shuts down no matter time or humidity… maybe it’s tired. It will flash, beep, and not respond to anything. The time for smashing with a hammer is rapidly approaching.

Stopped working at exactly a year. When I turn it on, it just beeps and blinks - appears it is an electrical issue. There is no customer support for this humidifier, so if it breaks, you just lose out on the $200 you spent on it….
