Pogues by name and Pogues by nature: a bit unrefined, hugely enjoyable, total crowd pleaser!
I bought this as part of a 50th present for a friend.Out of the 8 people who drank it all enjoyed it. There was lots of appreciative nodding going on and the whole bottle was drunk in a few hours!Lots of connoisseur words like : “smooth on the pallet; easy to drink; interesting flavour, well balanced” were exchanged!However, although I am not a whisky drinker, I thought it had a great initial taste then a rough aftertaste. However, I think this about all Whisky and whiskey!The friend has bought several bottles since and it is now a firm favourite!The only downside is it caused one friend to fall of his chair and into some nettles! Please drink responsibly! LolGreat present for someone who likes Irish Whiskey or indeed the band The Pogues!

Beautiful Irish.
Great whiskey, used to drink American whiskey alot until I tasted this in a bar. Now its my go to whiskey. Lovely and smooth. A delight to drink.

Worth a try. But that's it.
Its triple distilled irish whisky. Do I need to say more?Its smooth, sweet notes with no burn (when mixed with coke).The bottle design is cheap, mixture of glass & plastic which is disappointing considering the price tag. The bottles neck is very thick, which proves to be a problem if you measure your shots out. In fact this is the only bottle I've had where this has been an issue.Overall it's a decent whisky but what what you expect from irish. Considering the price tag, feel of the bottle and quality of drink I'd say you can get something much cheaper for less in Lidl. I'd say the lidl brands are actually better quality for your money.If you haven't tried it, give it a go. After that, no point.

Als Geschenk für Pogues und Whiskey Fan gut
Hab den Whiskey als Geschenk gekauft. Mein Pogues Fan war er traurig über den Tod von Shane und ich habe ihm den Whiskey gegeben, damit er stilvoll gedenken kann. Lässt sich sehr gut auch ein Glas mehr drinken und der Geschmack entspricht der Band. Für Fans nur zu empfehlen.

The Pogues und Whiskey. Passt. Ich hatte mich im Vorwege schon über die Qualität des Whiskeys informiert und nur gutes gelesen. Stimmt. Sehr leckerer. Harmonisch, weich ohne beliebig zu sein. Besonders toll ist die sehr edle mattierte Flasche. Für Fans und/oder Whiskeytrinker eine klare Empfehlung. Da könnt Ihr nichts falsch machen. Die Flasche war sehr gut/liebevoll verpackt.

Macht was er soll
Total kultiger Whiskey einer coolen BandFür den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung.Wer einen piekfein abgestimmten Whiskey erwartet ist hier falsch. Aber für den Preis kriegt man einen super Drink für zwischendurch der relativ leicht im Geschmack ist.
