Easy to put together and arrived sooner than expected

Eta: Seller stepped up and sent another firepit that has worked just fine so far. Kudos to them for making things right.This fire pit table is the biggest piece of junk I have run across on Amazon. Even with my initial review I noted problems but they have just gotten worse. The table will now not stay lit at all. Everything's connected properly the propane tank is full and work properly with every other propane device we have this table just fails to function as advertised.While this is a fairly well built gas fire pit, it has some issues.Less than a week after getting this fire table/pit, the ignition system stopped working. Troubleshooting got me nowhere, so now we just use a separate ignition source. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of.More troubling is the issue that the propane fails to reliably make it from the tank to the burner at times. This occurs probably every other time we use the fire table. Thinking that maybe I was just not using the fire table correctly, I would literally look at the directions on the tank area door and follow them implicitly. No dice. So on top of the ignitor issue, the table doesn't properly feed propane to the ignition system/burner half the time.The amount of blue glass delivered with the table was almost adequate. Another 5lbs would have been better.When the table does work, it works fine. It's just a little annoying to have to fiddle so much with a brand new item to get it to function properly.

This is a great, affordable gas fire pit. The instructions fall short, and it isn't of the highest quality so I just can't give it 5 stars. However, we are very satisfied with this product. It took longer than expected to put together because we had the legs in the wrong order twice. Pay very close attention to the legs with the magnet and door hinges, and that they are in front of the knob to turn the pit on and off. Also, none of the parts individually are very sturdy, however when all combined the entire pit is relatively sturdy. I can understand other people saying they broke nozzles or whatever, they're not delicate but like I said not overly sturdy. The pit has built-in safety features that even after reading the instructions I did not understand. It took me an hour of playing with the fire pit to understand how to properly light it. You press the knob in to turn on the igniter, and you have to hold the igniter on for several seconds to let the firepit get a sustained flame, you cannot just hold the igniter for a second. Also, if you fail to light the firepit two or three times in a row you have to wait several minutes before the firepit will let you light it again, it just won't let any gas through.That all being said, we are happy with this purchase and look forward to using it more in the future. The lava rocks are a nice aesthetic, the firepit looks very nice. The flame on low/medium is enough to warm directly around the table, but even on high is still cool enough you can set things on the table around the rocks without any problem. We have not used it on a very cold night (it was only in the low 50's) so I cannot comment on how well it does in very cold weather.

This item is packaged well in a compact form factor. With that being said it needs to be completely assembled except for the pre assembled burner assembly. The fire pit came with a few extra screws which can potentially be a huge time saver. The only tool required was a Phillips screwdriver. The large instructions are easy to read but the second step shows using the wrong screws. (Lowering the ease of assembly)Setup was a breeze after assembly, simply level with the adjustable legs, install a propane tank (the unit does not come with one) and turn the self igniting switch. Once happy with the orientation, turn it off, add the aggregate and enjoy the ambiance. :)

We got this as a birthday present for my mom who takes a lot of pride in how her yard looks and loves to just sit on her porch. This is a gorgeous fire pit. We had it put together and using it within an hour of her opening it up! The table top is gorgeous and works well as a small table. The fire works exactly how you’d like it to and the base hides the propane tank really well. I’m already saving for one at my house!

I have used it twice now and both times we have to light it with a match because the automatic stricker doesn't work.

This is very nice in theory. The first one that I ordered came in damaged due to shipping. The shipping material is a little flimsy so make sure you check out all of the top pieces for holes before you start putting it together.I stuffed the first one back in the box and had a new one sent out and put it all together and the automatic starter does not work. I was not about to take it apart and send it back a second time, so I just use a long reach lighter to light the firepit. Once lit it is nice, I expect a little more for the price though.

Initially I was skeptical about buying this….but when it was delivered and I assembled it.The sheer pleasure of gathering around the fireplace and making memories is worth every penny!!!
