The size is perfect for all my cookbooks, easy to set on the counter and keep in place, and is stable. It’s lightweight and easy to put away if you need the counter space.

I love this stand, it’s very secure. It’s basic and it does the job. I also ordered one for a friend and because it was her birthday. I added a Jamie Oliver cookbook.! After I had read its review. I ordered one for myself too, and both my hobby cooking sons. It was a hit with everyone. I would suggest this combination for anyone who’s looking for a unique gift, and enjoys 5-ingredient recipes; the book stand is sturdy, and it’s very attractive sitting in the kitchen or serving area. .☺️

This cookbook stand is attractive and has good utility. I use it for cookbooks while I’m baking/cooking and it is much nicer than laying the book flat on the counter. It definitely won’t fit an ultra thick cookbook, but a standard modern cookbook fits pretty well (some of my older, thicker cookbooks will not). The back stand is a little light, but it doesn’t typically affect the utility. I enjoy how just leaving this out looks in my (small) kitchen, especially with a book in it. I’ve also used it with my iPad and it does a good job for that.

The stand arrived broken, the back stand piece is supposed to be screwed in but it had pulled out of the main piece. Because of the angle of the hardware, and the chunks of wood that it pulled out with it, it’s impossible to screw it back in. This stand is very cheap, lightweight wood and doesn’t feel like it would hold any heavy cookbooks.

Not real wood, very light material. More acacia wood color than walnut. Not worth the price.

This is nice but not what I expected, especially for what I paid. I expected a heavy-duty piece of wood and instead received a piece that is as light as a feather. I don’t know how it could possibly be real wood and weigh as little as it does? At any rate, it still looks decent enough so I will keep it.
