I've been using this Nootropics Brain Supplement for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed! It gives me a noticeable boost in focus, mental clarity, and energy without any jitters or crashes. I feel sharper at work and less mentally drained by the end of the day. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that the ingredients are natural. Only thing I didn't like was the quantity, the ingredients list are good combo, and there's no nasty fillers. So this only lasts 30 days 2 capsules a day with a healthy fat meal for highest absorption rate, and 60 capsules is a month, and by my standards a 19 quid supplement should really last 4 months minimum. What I would add to this to make it better in some way are these: Vitamin D3+K2 +magnesium +copper +B1 100% RDA as they go well with zinc. So either in the supplement itself or additional supplementation, they all work together otherwise too much zinc depletes copper, and magnesium but this only occurs in really high doses of zinc, but we also get zinc from foods and that's why I suggest balancing any other supplements with it's counter balancer, to balance it altogether in the body. Also what would make this better for it's price would be to use a darkened uv protected glass bottle, with a stainless steel lid. It prevents light penetration which will help to protect the contents from light. Light destroys the integrity of the capsules and pills. Warning: It does contain 50mg of caffeine, but it's from a healthy source green tea, and guarana. You may not sleep if you have it too late. The ingredients I've had before, and they do help with mental clarity a bit. You may end up remembering things more clearly. It didn't work for me straight away, but this could take some time.

When evaluating supplements it's generally quite tricky to differentiate actual effect from placebo, especially over shorter periods. However, this particular supplement does appear to make a genuine difference for me. After taking it I do notice a definite calmness and focus of mind, and an increase in mental stamina. It's quite palpable, and my conclusion has to be that the supplement works well - for me at least. The dose is two per day, but I've only be using one, taken in the morning. I'm usually late to bed and late to rise, but this has helped kick start my day and re-set my routine. I haven't needed a capsule later in the day, and I prefer not to take caffeine after lunch time, so as not to affect my sleep, later. I have not noticed any adverse effects. I'm impressed with these, and they have definitely helped me. I think they're reasonable value for money, and I really like the fact that they're made here in the UK, where we have decent manufacturing and safety standards, unlike in some places. Not only does it support local workers, but it also reduces air miles, so I'm all in favour.

I really want to give this product a positive review, based on the ingredient list which is very good (with one exception). It is supposed to provide increased mental clarity, and yes it does appear to. However the use of Guarana - which is basically a plant that is very high in caffeine - means that this is a bit of a con. If one likes coffee one can get the same effect with a lot less effort perhaps. For me, I try to avoid caffeine because the alertness it produces is a temporary effect, leading to energy highs and corresponding lows. If this product could be reformulated without the guarana, I'd like it a lot more. The positives - the capsules are easy to swallow, and leave no after-tastes. The capsules do seem to promote a feeling of clarity and alertness. The downside is that the feeling does not last all day. Much like drinking coffee. These are a great mental boost on a morning which seem to last me through most of the day. I recognise all of the ingrediets as things I have often bough on their own, so its great to have them all in one supplement. I really like how there are no fillers, additives or bulkers. Just pure active ingredients. The tub contains 60 capsules, which is a 30 day supply. The capsules are easy to swallow too. Some of my favourite ingredients in there include the adaptogen Ashwagandha, which chills me out, L Theanine which keeps me calm and less annoyed by things, and the others each benefit me in different ways. Results will vary per person, however this keeps me chilled out and focused personally.

A with most products of this kind, it’s difficult to attest to the efficacy here. However, I’ve get the feeling it might contribute to mental clarity and well being. No adverse side effects observed.

£19 at time of review All ingredients does shows all good for brain function. Capsule is abit large but still alright to swallow no weird taste and the effect on me seems good. I'm more focused and active. Bottle is only good for a month as it only has 60 capsule and the intake is 2 capsule a day. . Hope my review was helpful
