Oats porridge
For those that complain and say its lumpy this is how you make it, add 2 heaped scoops add almond milk about cups worth put into microwave 2mins, once done it will be thick but dont worry add some egg whites whisk it up till its the right texture bit more egg whites (you can't taste the whites either) add blueberries amd its done tastes absolutely lush with this your getting 60 to 65g protein
