It's not for everyone
Have been reading this book for a long time now. I mean, I have been re-reading it. It's just a bunch of stories from other people and how and why they changed their ways. I'm not saying that this book is a trash, it does carry an important message, but It's not for everyone. It's not even for the majority. It's for the people who are ready to erase their minds completely, erase their values and beliefs (around food and stuff like that), erase their typical actions, sacrifice a lot of things and start thinking differently. While this really helps, I don't think a lot of people are ready to act on their dark thoughts and emotions. This book often asks to think about our dark feelings and remember the most terrible moments of our lives. It can be challenging. And people who are really easily affected by emotions, are in the risk of loosing themselves in dark memories. I would say that this book needs alive person who will explain and be there for the reader. The book is written in a very simple and engaging way. It's not difficult to understand what they say and what they request. It was in a great condition, would never say it's used!Be ready to really act on your emotions, thoughts and change your ways. Otherwise you'd be loosing money

The only book I’ve ever read that works.
This is not a diet book. Or eat ice cubes or carrot sticks. This is brain power. This book can be used for many things we find ourselves stumped with by just changing the words around to what habit is ruining your life this only takes brain work an the willingness to dig deep. Wished I’d found it years ago. Not a one time read. This is the only book you’ll ever need if you are truthful with yourself. I thank the author

This book stands out as the single best food psychology/applied mindfulness skills/self-help book I've ever come across
This book stands out as the single best food psychology/applied mindfulness skills/self-help book I've ever come across. I have my PhD in Behavioral Nutrition and have done my fair share of reading in this genre, and am blown away. I already started incorporating it into my practice and it will inform all my work going forward.

For me this book has changed everything about the way i approach weight loss.
I have lost 13 pounds in 8 weeks without "dieting" but by becoming more aware of my choices this book is different, funny and engaging to read. I've already told all my friends to get this book I am using the tools and exercises in other areas of my life as well.

Exceptional book. I refer to it everyday as a reference and to help review all of the exercises and information presented. This has transformed my health in ways I cannot express. I am so thankful for such a practical, well-written, well-sequenced text!

Not at all what I expected. Not helpful to me. Didn't bother to finish.
