F-Troop: The Complete Seasons 1 and 2

Nice set of quality DVDs. The episodes that I have watched are very good quality. Seaon 2 disc 1 has some red stains (see picture) but does not seem to affect playback quality. As for the show itself, I grew up watching it as a kid so it is a nice stroll down memory lane 🙂

I bought this during the Chinese balloon fiasco, which reminded me of an F Troop episode involving Agarn in a balloon. Corny and dated, F Troop still provides some laughs from a time when comedy was not contaminated with the mental illness known as Political Correctness. Larry Storch died in July 2022 at age 99. Something to think about for those of us who were kids while F Troop was running!

No issues with the discs or the casing....shockingly.Already watched first three discs. Haven't seen this show since I was a kid from the 70's. The only one I remember as a kid was Paul Lynde being a Mountie on the first "color" episode. He always made me laugh on Hollywood Squares, super funny actor and center-square.I also forgot how corny this show was, now that I'm an adult and served in the U.S. Army Quartermaster Corps like Captain Parmenter did before his big promotion to F Troop. Come to think of it, now it's REALLY corny! And to top things off, I'm one-half Teton Sioux Indian and half-white.Still worth the price and I can tolerate this show. But what do you expect from mid-late 60's TV comedy shows with that same laugh track you hear everywhere...you know what I mean, all you classic TV fans out there. Hogan's Heroes.....same laugh track.

Many goofy laughs and only 2 seasons.

I had bought the F Troop Season 2 used at a local County Fair Vendor a few years back. I found recently that one of the discs was defective. With Larry Storch's recent passing I decided to just buy the whole series and at the same time replace the bad disc. Found it here for a good price.The show itself was great comedy for it's time, though it would be considered very politically incorrect today especially for it's treatment of Indians as buffoons. Taking it for what it is, great ensemble acting with Forrest Tucker, Larry Storch and Ken Berry along with top-notch comedy writing made this show a hit. One disappointment is that they did not remake the original opening credits, going with an animated setup in season 2 to save money. The great guest stars also contributed to the show in both seasons. Highly recommended..

Loved watching F Troop when I was younger.

Don't get me wrong Im enjoying watching F TROOP but the collection could have been put togerther much better with chapters ,options on skipping from one show to another without going back to the main screen..just my opinion.Overall the recording itself is as good as expected.The shows themselves brings back memories ..funny,slapstick comedy..it was worth the purchase..

I received the F Troop season 1 and season 2 DVD set in new condition before the contracted delivery date. F Troop is as funny now as it was when I first watched it many years ago. If you're looking for logic then this isn't for you, it's straight slapstick humour meant for entertainment with no thought requirement to try to follow a plot.

I have always enjoyed the many laughs from F Troop. It never fails to bring a smile and a chuckle . I had been looking for this series for many years and it was a joy to find it on your site.

A nice old TV show, going to enjoy it when I start watching it.
