Regulation station!
Great addition to a classroom. Students line up for a turn! So in addition to helping with regulation, provides natural opportunities for social mands!

Different but Fun
I got this BABAMU Sensory Sit and Spin Chair for my Granddaughter. She is 3 1/2yrs old and likes to do a lot of things on her own. She is gonna be getting tested for Autism. I have a Disabled Son who also has Autism. I thought she might like this Chair, she likes stuff like this, loves to spin. This Chair is very unique in different ways. The Seat is different, more wider and looks almost like a plane. When you spin, it's also unique that way because there is like a dip and lift making it an uneasy feeling. It does spin smoothly, thanks to the ball bearings. The Seat is rounded, no sharp corners or edges. The frame is made of metal and is rounded too.My Granddaughter wasn't sure of it at first, a little scared. I got on it and showed her and she want to just spin it herself with her hand first for a while. Finally, just before they left she sat down on it with her feet on the ground and just went back and fourth, kind of easing into it. The next time they came over I already had it out and in front of tv. She immediately went over to it and sat, going back and fourth. Finally when she saw no one was watching she tried it and went all the way around. She was laughing and giggling. She likes it.Price is worth it, especially if it helps an Autistic Child. I know what it's like to have an Autistic Child and soothing them can be quite challenging.I do Recommend it. Would also make a nice gift.

Fun Product
This is fun, but it’s hard to say if I’d recommend it to anyone or not, because whether or not your kid will like it is highly dependent on what your specific kid likes.I thought I’d try this out because the child I was getting this for loves spinning office chairs. They didn’t like this though, and neither did I. The problem is it’s not like a shortened spinning office chair at all (what I was hoping for) instead, it has a dip and a lift to it, which helps to sustain your spinning without needing someone to stand there and push. The problem is that it doesn’t give the same effect as spinning on something balanced. We also didn’t love the shape of it, yes it’s adorable, but it’s not the most comfortable. It would be nice if it was more seat shaped and had a removable/washable cushion. That being said, I’m sure some kids will LOVE this. It spins and it goes fast and it doesn’t need someone to manually push it to get it going.I think if there was a hand brake added (once you get going it’s hard to stop), made the seat more seat like and comfortable, and if they offered the added option (because some people will enjoy the dipping option better) of having one that doesn’t dip and is essentially just like a shortened, backless spinning office chair this would be perfect. All in all, although this didn’t hit the mark for us, other kids might love this! Hopefully this helps you figure out if this will hit mark for yours.

Soothing for Toddlers, Fun for Older Children
My younger grandchildren are not on the spectrum (that we know of), but the 2 1/2 year old definitely has extreme energy and emotions. I thought this would help him get energy out, but it surprised me by having more of a soothing effect on him. He enjoyed spinning it without sitting on it first, then we tried the sitting. He really just wants to lay on it in different positions and zone out while it spins. It seems to be calming for him, at one point he just laid on his back on it with his head hanging off. Once it's going, he doesn't have to do much to keep it going. The 4 year old loves playing with it, but it's more of a challenge to her to get it going as fast as she can and trying to stay on. I am 208 lbs and gave it a whirl...right onto my backside on the floor. It's low profile enough it would be difficult to hurt yourself by falling off. Very sturdy, held my weight with no issues (I won't be getting back on it since the weight limit is 200 lbs).

Works perfect!
This is an amazing sensory tool and it works just as described in the ad. It came very well packed and secured with no damage to it whatsoever. Beyond easy to get fully set up and ready to use. Very heavy duty and stable. I'm not worried about our daughter tipping it over while she's using it. All of the measurements match up perfectly with the ad so it's the perfect size for the spot I had for it in the playroom. Beautiful colors on it and looks exactly as it's pictured. She can easily spin on this with little effort and she is able to self regulate and relax while doing it. I'm absolutely obsessed with this and think it's a great bang for your buck! Got to give this a solid 10/10

Fun Time
I know in the description of this item it is mentioned to be for Autism Sensory, however my daughter is not autistic but this chair works well for her.Very easy to assemble, instructions weren't perfect as there was a step left out "unscrew the hex screw inside the base before attaching the main seat" but it was really easy to figure out and all the tools are included in the package. Even had a few extra screws left over just in case any were misplaced/lost.My daughter was a bit scared of this at first, but has since been using it everyday. She loves having her mom and I spin her in it until she figured she could do it herself.Nice toy for her but I also believe it would work well for autistic kids.

Great purchase
BABAMU Sensory Chair Sit and Spin Autism Sensory Product is great for my son while he watches movies or plays video games. The chair pivots easily thanks to the smooth ball bearings. It's slightly tilted, so it will always return to the "home position" if it's moved slightly off-center. It's a great way to satisfy those sensory urges without driving others crazy by getting up, walking around, etc.
