"FOO" is the" F00", this machine have adjustable vibration speed (1 to 99), their are F01, F02 ~ F98,F99, so the F00 means "stop" "P01, P02, P03, P04, P05" , the letter ”P" is “program” so it mean: "program01, program02, program03, program04, program05", the program is auto run program
