Much my purposes

The 'Rodent Mesh, 400 mm X 5 m Galvanised Wire Mesh' arrived in a simple bag that also contained a pair of simple knitted gloves.The gloves provided with this mesh are for small hands, for me they barely came to my wrist.The welded mesh is easily cut with tin snips and I found it best to follow the lines of the wires which could be used as a guide for the edge of the blade. It is also easy to bend, though I did find it best to wear gloves, as the cut edges can easily cause scratches to the hands.This mesh works well for blocking openings and being welded is unlikely to be penetrated. I recommend using stainless steel or galvanised wire to tie sections together where needed.When measuring for cuts it is important to allow for cutting on the opposite side of the wire so as to keep the wire rather than leave lots of spikes.
