Within one month both the buds are not taking the charge n still they are with me and there is no any option of customer support or grievance redressal mechanism, now if I'll get time then I'll have to visit the service centre. Worst company worst product of my life. You can go for the cheaper one atleast they work few years within its price range They are charging too much n giving you a worst product I have given up buying the BOAT product.

Not satisfied it comes with a major issue The buds which are enclosed in the box get connected and to my mobile still if don't open it And like I close my bluetooth from mobile.. so the buds will charge unless I remove and put it back with a little pressure Like very bad case quality even the logo will disappear after 1-2 month use for reference I've attached a video file please see to it and don't waste your money Try other products or other buds of boat they have more better products but this one is really bad because of its case. Although sound quality is good the buds fit properly in ear if boat saw this review please guide me how I can solve this problem 🙇🙇

Call quality and touch control is great but using it for more time causes severe pain

Does the job it's designed for decently, however, the beast mode does absolutely nothing when it's turned on. That's one thing that can be improved.
