Excellent freezer - works great and we can barely hear it when it's running. It arrived very well packaged and was scratch & dent free. Its size was exactly as described, and it fits perfectly in the space under my kitchen counter.

This is an excellent freezer. The size is great and it has held up for me for years.

Another update - Replacement freezer still going strong. Good purchase, note it does ice up, but you couldn't get a freezer of this size that didn't at the time, that may still be true, but it works well otherwise, you just have to defrost it like the olden days. Update: When I complained, the company quickly contacted me despite Amazon initially saying I couldn't do anything because it was past the 30 days, I was really angry because it is still the pandemic and if you are on your own, sometimes, it's really hard to get in-person help from friends and family so I was not able to get it up a flight of stairs and lifted and carried to its place and plug it in to test. When I did, it was dead. But, the company contacted me and was very helpful, more helpful than Amazon for sure! And with little trouble, I was able to tell them what happened and they sent out a replacement. I have to get rid of the broken one because I guess it is not worth the cost to send it back to the company, located in China, but that is a small price to pay to have this taken care of. I had a friend come help me Wednesday, and the freezer immediately worked as expected as soon as I plugged it in, what a relief! It has been a couple days now, and it is still running. Will try to update this again in a month or so to report how it works overall, right now just so happy to have this taken care of! When you can work with the company, they were easy to work with and very nice. ------ I can't return it because I had to wait for help to lift it and move it to an outlet and I just got a friend to come help me during this PANDEMIC 5 days ago. It has been plugged in since then hoping it would cool, it never does, it makes clicking sounds and seems to turn off and on in attempts to cool, but never does anything at all. A replacement would have helped or something, instead I had to spend money, alot, on a broke appliance, and don't have this kind of money to burn. Sorry I bought it during winter and during a time I couldn't get someone quickly over to help me....terrible! I'd already been upset and had emailed because the delivery company, FedEx, left the unit OUTSIDE ON THE STREET, calling it a "porch". There is no porch, it's in Chicago, and that "porch" is the sidewalk. I was working and it is so lucky it wasn't stolen.

Great size, runs super quiet. Have it in my kitchen and would never know it was there it is so quiet. Lots of room inside and I don’t lose things in this freezer like I do in my bottom of the fridge one. Not heavy, easy to move and keeps things frozen solid. Good value for the money with two shelves inside making it good for storage

I just love my small freezer. it don't take up a lot of space and hold all my extra veggie and ice cream.

The box arrived in perfect condition, but the freezer itself has noticeable scratches and a dent, as shown in the image. This makes me believe I may have received a used or previously handled unit. If I didn’t urgently need a freezer right now, I would have returned it immediately. I did test the unit, and it cools quickly and performs well, but the physical condition does not match what I would expect for a new product at this price. Update, I just heard weird popping sound, this just might get returned, I just want to make sure it is coming from the mini freezer.

Despite 'suggesting' that it's frost-free, it is NOT frost free! If you don't open and close the door very often you won't build up much ice, but if the purpose is to keep things frozen in a small freezer for short periods of time, not sure it's worth it. I'm disappointed that you're kind of misled into thinking it's frost free in the ads. An annoying thing is it clicks a lot, which is supposedly the thermostat. Overall, the unit is quiet. I've had it for three months and it does keep things frozen quite well. If you're looking for a low priced mini freezer, this is worth the money. Just be prepared to defrost it if it's going to be in a humid area.
