Fantastic almond/cashew milk
Easy to use and makes delicious almond and cashew milk so far. It really works ! Highly recommend. If you have a family of plant milk drinkers, get the larger one. Mine is perfect for single living.

The media could not be loaded. I did not know nut milk makers even existed, so when I saw this I had to get one to try. I use a lot of nut milks (mostly soy and oat, and cashew when I can find it) for coffee and cooking, ever since my wife turned out to be dairy intolerant. Problem is, I was always at the whim of what the supermarket carries, and the usual premium prices they charged for them, and to make it doubly difficult, I don’t like the stuff that has vanilla in it, and you can’t really use it for cooking. This little gem makes making nut milks as simple as nuts-water-power. The maker comes with the machine, a measuring scoop (called a ’spoon’, which is 1 tablespoon), a filter bag, an instruction manual, a recipe book, and a brush. My first milk was cashew milk; it took 4 ’spoons’ of dry, raw cashews (no soaking required!), water up to the ‘Max’ mark (600 mL) on the glass bowl of the machine, setting the machine to ’Nut Milk’ and in 8 minutes I had perfect cashew milk. After pouring my milk into a mason jar (I got a yield of a little over 2 cups), cleaning was a snap as it also has a clean cycle built in; just add water, seal up and off it goes. And the milk? My cashew milk came out perfect: no need to strain through the provided filter bag. I am starting to experiment with making creamers, with my goal to eventually be able to make nice, thick plant creamers. As far as drawbacks go, there are only two worth mentioning; the first is amount of nut milk you can make per batch. As I said, I was able to make 2 cups of cashew milk at a time; this may be a drawback if your household is a heavy user of nut milk. Sure, you can run back to back batches and make more, but it is a point to consider. For me, this is not a problem as the batch size is perfect for experimentation. The second drawback is that the unit is loud when working. It is not quite as loud as a regular blender in my opinion, but it is close. It does have a delay function, but if you set it to run in the evening or at night it will be heard.Overall, this is a great little machine, and the drawbacks should not deter you from buying one. Even the price, which can be off-putting at first, is reasonable for all this does. You can even make smoothies and milkshakes in it according to the recipe book. It is dead simple to use, makes a great product, and does so at a cost much less than what stores charge…I highly recommend this if you use nut milks.

Ups and Downs
I wasn't sure what to expect from this little machine, but it's actually pretty cool. I don't drink nut milks, but my family goes through a TON of oat milk, so I thought I'd see if I could give this a shot to be able to make my own. The instructions were pretty easy to follow and the machine itself is easy to set up and use. The amount of milk it makes per batch is roughly 1/4 cup or so more than a regular sized Mason jar. I used about 4 of the included spoons' worth of oats and just hit the start button and let it do its thing.Once the process is done, you have to (or I guess don't HAVE to, but I did) strain the milk through the included bag to get rid of any solids. There's an included recipe book which is cool. I will say that the measurements for the milks are all given in "spoons" and there is a spoon included with the machine, but there's also a measuring cup thing that's not clear what you're supposed to use it for. And the spoon is called something else in the instruction manual, but I just took a shot and used the spoon included to measure the oats and the thickness was perfect so I figure that was the right move.I will say it'll take some tweaking to get things right. The first batch of milk was a little slimy and I didn't include anything other than oats and water so the flavor wasn't great. I think with a bit of experimenting this machine could be amazing. It was easy to clean and store as well. One other note is that if you're going to replace using this with going through a bunch of milk, you'll have to be prepared that each use doesn't make a ton so you'll have to run it lots. It's not hard to run, but it will take some time.

Great little milk maker
As soon as this arrived, I dove right in. I tried some raw cashews, a tidbit of cinnamon, vanilla bean paste and a chopped up date. Set it to the nut milk cycle and in 8 minutes I had a lovely cashew milk. What I really love about it is it comes with a straining bag so just for kicks I decided to strain it. There was absolutely no need. The pulp was so fine, like baby powder. I just tossed it back in my milk to reap the benefits of the fiber. There was no need to soak the nuts at all. After that I used the clean cycle and this little machine got the water crazy hot (I mean burn you hot) and it cleaned it right on up!PROS: - It's a pretty attractive machine. I got the white and it looks clean and it takes up very little space. - It very quickly makes nut/oat/rice milk. There's even a cycle to make smoothies and sorbet. - It has a clean cycle so it's not a hassle to use it. Put the nuts, water, process. Add water and a tad of cleaner and set to the clean cycle. Bien simple.CONS: - It makes a little bit of milk. Yes, it's quick to make a few batches back to back, but you can really only expect 12-16 ounces.I realize the size thing may be a can but for some a pro too. I'm the only one in my household who drinks nutmilk, so this size is perfect for me on a small scale. If my whole family drank it I would think a bigger machine would be in order. That being said, that is literally the only "con". I love this little nut milk machine!

Great quality, only one tiny flaw though
Works great, tried it with almonds and oats to make my own milk. I incorporated the recipes that were suggested with the device and the milks came out delicious. Comes with a bag to sift out the chunks from your milk, so very very useful. Only issue I encountered was that the glass jar where your milk is housed doesn't separate from the base, so trying to clean it without damaging the electronics is really difficult and a slow and grueling process.
