128GB Photo Stick
This photo stick did reach over 40MB/sec speeds, which is impressive for USB 3. However, their IOS app is required if using it as a photo backup for an iPhone. The backup process was lengthy due to the volume of photos and videos, and the app lacked flexibility in file selection. The reverse restore process was slightly better but still not ideal. The app works well for backing up everything if you don't mind the wait. Considering all this, the item is a bit overpriced, in my opinion.

Good Fast Drive & Well Made But Over Priced in My Opinion.
The Packaging is very nice, the drive is very fast and it does reach the speeds advertised I actually saw over 70mb/s. It also comes with a keyring but I don't carry USB drives around with me that just seems like a way to ruin or lose a good USB drive. It has a 3 way adaptor for Micro USB, Lightning, and USB-C ports. I guess that's what brings the price up to where it is. I think the price is a bit too high for 128gb I could get 5 drives this size for the same money, but if it was say $30 less I'd give it 5 stars because the adaptor is very nice.If the cost does not bother you it's very nice looking drive that works well and has an adaptor for 3 different port. But If you're looking for the most storage for your dollar this is not the drive.

Easy to use
The PL ZMPWLQ 4-in-1 Photo Backup Stick offers compatibility across various devices and a streamlined backup process. Having had the chance to try out this thumb drive, I am impressed by its practicality and functionality. One of the standout features of the thumb drive is its multiple interfaces: Lightning, USB-C, Micro USB, and USB 3.0. This means it is compatible with almost any device you can think of—iPhone, iPad, most Android devices, PC, and Mac. The seamless connection across these platforms is definitely a convenience, making the backup process completely hassle-free. No more worries about interface mismatches or needing multiple adapters. The automatic backup feature is a great feature to have. The backup stick differentiates between existing and new files, preventing duplicate backups. Simply plug it into the device, launch the "iStore Pro" app, and you are set—no need for cables or reliance on cloud storage. For users of iPhone and iPad devices—including the latest iPhone 15 and 16 series—this flash drive is well suited for backing up albums and contacts without any fuss. The app is easy to navigate, and once you’re set up, transferring files to a PC is as straightforward as it gets. No need to deal with complex downloading processes. Those using Android devices will appreciate how the backup stick works flawlessly via USB-C or the included micro adapter. It organizes files efficiently and preserves essential details like date, name, and size, ensuring that your digital documents are easy to manage. Whether transferring music, photos, or documents, the 4-in-1 stick makes the task of data management far less daunting. It’s worth mentioning that if you’re setting up the backup device for the first time and have a large volume of files, the scan time may be longer than expected. The 4-in-1 Photo Backup Stick is a great tool for anyone looking to safeguard their digital photos and documents. With full compatibility, effortless automatic backups, and a user-friendly experience, it checks all the boxes for an efficient data backup solution. I am really satisfied with my order.

Pretty good capacity and fast stick
As a USB memory stick, I was getting 40MB/sec reads and write speeds. This is at the top of the manufacturer's Read speed at above the low end of the claimed 30 - 80 MB/sec write speed. Overall, very fast on USB 3. To use it as a Photo backup stick to an iPhone, you need to load their iOS app and then it allows you to backup photos on iPhone and even offload them to the stick only. Since I have a lot of photos and videos, this still took a very long time. The backup photos seemed like an all or nothing option, not pick and choose which files to offload and which ones to make a backup copy, but not delete it off the phone. I wasn't that happy with the iOS app on how to manage which files and what to make backup copies of. And the reverse restore process was a little better, but still not as easy as I would like. The app is simple if you just want it to back up everything, it does it as long as you have the time to wait, depending on how many photos you have.

Quick, efficient but a bit bulky self-contained backup system
The 128 GB ZMPWLQ Photo Stick is a solidly built stainless steel flash drive with stainless 3-way male USB plug adapter suitable for most Apple and Android PCs, tablets and smartphones. The drive itself has just a type-A male USB plug. The drive is preconfigured with two partitions labeled iStorePro: one CD emulator (8 MB, CDFS format) and one 117.36 exFAT.The CD emulator partition is preconfigured with two folders, "mac" and "windows" containing their respective versions of the iStorePro app for automatic backup configuration and data viewing. The app manual (PL305 User Manual 20240626.pdf) is provided in the root of the larger exFAT partition, which is preconfigured with a "My Files" folder, within which the app creates "PC Backup" and "Phone Backup" folders. According to the manual, those who wish to use the Photo Stick as an ordinary flash drive can ignore the files and preconfigured folders. The manual describes in detail how to select data for backup according to the OS. Note that files already backed up are not backed up again, so the backup process applies only to new/changed data.Although the product info page specifies the write speed as 10-70 Mb/s, the 128 GB ZMPWLQ Photo Stick actually measures 68.29 MB/s sequential writes, which is 546.32 Mb/s (!!) using a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port on an MSI 560 motherboard (see Photo). While the price seems a little high for a 128GB flash drive, the solid construction, add-on multi USB adapter, easy-to-use backup software and excellent performance make the 128 GB ZMPWLQ Photo Stick a good choice for those who need simple, reliable backup of personal files and are not inconvenienced by the somewhat bulky connection adapter.

Easy set up & usage
This is a great backup for everything I wanted to keep on my phone and laptopI have a Pixel 7 & acer laptop. I just plugged in the flashdrive with the adapter and downloaded the app and followed the directions on screen.I did have to go back and adjust the permissions on my pixel to download the pictures and contacts but that isn't this devices fault. The windows PC was a simple backup with no issuesI have double checked everything is on the flashdrive by comparing with the pic and doc files on my devices and everything appears to be where it should.Only issues and if may be me is the files copied without information or file names just the #'s that were original to the jpeg files. Not a big issue and could perhaps be changed, by different settings choices.I did re download with file removal from my phone and after realized I had lost my music library. It was simple to plug the flashdrive back in and select only the audio files to restore. Music is back! The flashdrive itself and the multi adapter are good quality and I like the coverings on the different port attachments. USB A, USB C & Apple.I have been able to back up both my phone and my husbands as well as my laptop and still have a gigabite to spare, plenty of storage and all our music and videos and photos are protected and easy to restore. The only complaint I have at the moment is the video files made on my phone require a codex to watch on the laptop, but when restored to my Android phone play as usual. So probably the Google phone file creation and nothing to do with this device.I am very happy with everything about this, from the excellent quality of the devices themselves to the good looking and sturdy gift boxing of the package. This is very giftable to the person who loves their media and doesn't want to pay for cloud storage and likes to take lots of photos and videos!

Expensive memory stick plus free software
At time of review the ZMPWLQ 128gb memory stick is selling for £69.99. The ZMPWLQ memory stick arrives in a premium feel box with a thick manual. The memory stick is a common flip design, but housed in an aluminium enclosure. Also included are a USB-A to USBC, MicroUSB and Lightning adaptor, also machined out of aluminium plus a key ring and loop.On the USB stick is Windows software called 'iStore Pro'. This software is also available on the Apple and Google stores free of charge and has zero reviews on the Google Play store at time of product review. It is my policy to erase and test all memory sticks on a second PC before I use them - I have not tried the software. A poorly printed page within the manual assures the buyer that this software is 'absolutely safe and reliable without giving any personal information out'. I have no reason to doubt this, but will not be testing.Converting from USB-A to other form factors often comes with a speed penalty, especially in the realm of USB-C on PC. As USB-C is the newest and fastest connector I would have preferred to see this drive come with a USB-C port, with a converter for older form factors.Beyond the function of the free software this is just a nice metal enclosed 128Gb flash drive, and carries a high price premium. Transfer speeds are on par with other USB3.0 capable drives I have tested and are as dependant on the hardware you plug this into as much as the device you are using. If you have no desire to use the included software, this is an expensive stick.I have given this a 4 star review, as the memory stick is fine, but the price is very high.

Jack of all thumb drives
Today I am reviewing the 128GB Auto-Back-Up-Photo-Stick for All Devices. The thumb drive come with a sprocket type connector that has USB-C, Lightning and Micro USB make ends and a USB A female port. Basically you plug the standard thumb drive into the sprocket device and choose Willis device you’re going to use it with. The main thumb drive hold 128gb of storage so it is fairly big. When using it on my iPad and iPhone I needed to download an app called iStore Pro from the App Store. The app is not needed on a regular laptop or PC. To be honest I would have preferred just for the device to show up on my iPhone as a storage device without the need of the app. I have other thumb drives that operate that way. Overall it a decent device to have at your disposal as it can adapt to any kind of device that you need to backup photos , videos or documents. I recommend it for some to ensure they have a backup of their pictures just in case! Today I’m reviewing the 128GB Auto-Back-Up-Photo-Stick for All Devices. impeccably well made, works well.
Arrived as described, as pictured, safe and sound. This memory stick works well and is very well made for what it is, appearing to be made entirely from Stainless Steel. The stick comes well presented in its box with a 3 way adapter which caters for USB C, Micro USB and Apple Lighting connectors. I like the fact that they give you a separate adapter rather than having a USB stick with two connectors, one at each end – I use a similar stick daily, mostly with USB type A devices and I often plug in the USB C connector into a USB A port (vertical hub) You also get a Key ring loop in the box should you wish to attach this to your keys or a lanyard – though this is quite a heavy device to hang from your neck in my opinion.Function wise it works well, sustained write speeds for me were around 60MB/s using my desktops USB 3.1 hub – no issues there. It was also picked up straight away by my Samsung Tablet as an external storage device, for me there was no need to install any backup software, I was able to move files manually without issue.Highly recommended.

Performance on the Low End Of The Scale
The drive comes with a USB-A to MicroUSB/Lightning/USB-C adapter, a key ring and a user guide. The all-metal design of both the drive and adapter adds a durable and premium feel to it.Plugging the drive into my Windows machine and it pops up with 2 drives, one for the storage and another that acts like a CD drive that contains the software for Windows & Mac computers. The adapter makes it easy to connect to any mobile device as an OTG drive allowing data transfer to/from the drive. Apple devices need to install an app for it to work, but on Windows & Android devices, it just appears as an external drive.Ran performance tests with CrystalDiskMarkV8 and by copying a single 6560MB large file & 1600MB of multiple small files/folders into and out of the drive in Windows.CrystalDiskMarkV8:- Max Read=77.03MB/s, Max Write=22.01MB/sFrom Windows:- Write a single 6560MB file into the drive: 3m35.73s = 30.4MB/s- Write 1600MB of small files/folders into the drive: 1m42.69s = 15.58MB/s- Copy out the 6560MB file from the drive: 1m36.43s = 68.03MB/s- Copy out the 1600MB of small files/folders from the drive: 1m16.38s = 20.95MB/sThe drive unfortunately didn’t perform very well. Real world write speeds peaked at 15.58MB/s and read speeds at 20.95MB/s for small file transfers, which is what most people would be using the drive for as an everyday use drive. At the time of this review, the drive was priced at $79.99 with an available 20% off coupon, which puts it on the pricey side for the performance, so I’d recommend looking somewhere else with better performance for the price.
