Great content but very poor second hand condition
The content of the book is good, provides some very useable techniques to assist in managing thoughts to reduce anxiety. However, bought what should have been good second hand quality. There was food sticking pages together and someone had written in many of the exercises, albeit in pencil, so it was full on someone else’s privates thoughts/experiences. Really disappointing condition. I don’t think books with writing in should be classed as good condition.

Great for help when you are very low with most things
I purchased this book when going through a bad time it is an excellent buy for anyone who is experiencing what i was going through it really helped me and there is some stuff in here where you have to get hands on with a pen or pencil

Life changing book
Can't rate this book highly enough - have just bought another copy for a family member who is struggling with anxiety. This book is a fantastic way to help you start on the journey to recovery

... Don't buy this book. Its like sucking eggs!If you're new to it all though or working in MH, then I'd recommend it.
