I recently incorporated this supplement into my daily routine to boost my vitamin B intake, and I’m really pleased with the results so far. It’s gentle on the stomach and doesn’t leave that unpleasant aftertaste that some supplements do. I also love that it’s made from all-natural ingredients. Since I started taking the supplement, I’ve also ramped up my workout routine. While muscle recovery can still be a bit of a challenge, it seems to be quicker than I remember, and I definitely feel a bit more energized overall. Folic acid is a big need, we don’t always get enough in our diet. This supplement is a decent value, is easy enough to swallow, and there have been no adverse effects. The smell is that awful vitamin and supplement store smell. My partner has no problem with it but I can taste it before, during, and after swallowing. If I noticed an improvement after a month, I’d buy again.

I am very pleased with the results of this Folate formula. It contains a whole food blend with many different types of vegetables and fruits. The capsule size is about average and easy to swallow. My energy levels have definitely increased with this and it does not bother my stomach. Serving size is one per day.

These arrived well packaged with all seals in tact. I like that they are a Certified Organic and have a Vegan Capsule. The size is of a typical aspirin or cold remedy capsule. I'm hoping they help get me some of the folate I may be missing by not eating a lot of vegetables daily. However, the smell of these capsules is very off putting. I first noticed it when I opened the bottle. However, even after a week or two the smell hasn't diminished much. I have to take one out and set it on a napkin and take a bit later, since they have such a strong earthy smell. It kinda reminds me of Timothy Hay for a rabbit.
