Comfortable to put on and just leave while you watch tv or study etc, losing a star as it isnt wireless so need to be plugged in for 30 minutes. Haven't seen results yet but will take a couple of months but there is no adverse effects and lots of studies which support light therapy for hair growth

Gave this cap for my mom. So far, I’m not sure it’s done much for her hair, but maybe results will show in the long run, hair growth can take time. It definitely helps with stress though and is very easy to use. The design is comfortable, and she can just sit and relax while using it. Overall, it’s worth trying if you want to try red light therapy for hair loss, though it is a bit pricey at £159.99.
