Great product

Great for my young teenage son who hasn’t got a smartphone but wanted to play music on something. This made all the difference to him as it looks smart and he can connect his Bluetooth headphones to it. Great! As he’s older the idea that YouTube etc are on it isn’t too much of a concern to us.

Bought for an 8yo, and great for that purpose. You can't add apps to it, but it has the major music apps pre-installed. Don't make the mistake of removing them, as you can't access the Play store to add them later - although you can do a factory reset to reinstall. It's expensive for what's basically a phone with most of its functionality removed, but I couldn't find a better solution. There's a parental password for changing any settings. Nice and small too. No issues connecting to Bluetooth speakers and receivers, and easy for an 8yo to get to grips with. Have currently settled on Amazon Music, as it's much cheaper than Spotify Family, and doesn't seem to have videos or ads.

What a rubbish buy!!! This has to be the worst MP3 I have ever seen. Nothing works. Says no internet when I'm stood right next to it. Takes forever to load any app. Absolutely fuming that I spent so much on something so bad for my daughters Xmas present. She is gutted

My son loves this. Highly recommend. I also managed to log in to my apple music account so he has full access to all songs so cannot fault it.

Overall a good little player . For my 10 year olds xmas present . I took all apps and internet access off , so she can play music and she is happy. However …… she plugged it in to charge on xmas day and the end of the power cable snapped off in the player - she was not rough with it !! How do i get a replacement cable ? Not the best thing to happen on xmas day !!!!

Nice size it fits in your pocket its not direct pho e Recording it looks like put Your data on the laptop 💻 then the mp3 still good 👍

J'ai commandé ce lecteur pour moi et ma fille. Elle écoute beaucoup d'histoires et de musique sur Deezer et je cherchais un appareil qui lui permettrait de l'autonomie sans être un téléphone portable et sans être forcément connecté à internet. C'est vraiment un très bon compromis, le lecteur est de bonne qualité et le son est bon. Au bout de 10 mois, j'ai rencontré un problème et l'écran ne voulait plus fonctionner. J'ai contacté le service client, qui a été super réactif et m'a renvoyé un modèle comme j'étais encore sous garantie. Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat.

Experienced challenges at first, it appeared the device wouldn't charge. Customer Service reached out and worked with me pretty steadfastly to see to it that we found a solution. Turns out I just needed to push the reset button. Happy with purchase!
