The keyboard arrived in visually good condition, it looked exactly (100%) like the keyboard I was replacing, and the keys felt very nice and crisp like a new laptop keyboard... but I never could get it to work, sadly. I tried several troubleshooting options for installing a replacement keyboard in my laptop, but this never once responded or showed up as a device on my system. I never tried contacting the seller for a possible replacement as I ultimately just bought a new laptop, so it's very possible I got the one out of a hundred that mysteriously doesn't work... however, this was my experience.

With some patience, and figuring out what I wasn't getting right with the first attempted installation, the second attempt was simple and quick. The keyboard was installed and working within 10 minutes.
