Dissolves easily
Great tasting, stirs in smooth. I bought it to add to my gelatin trick diet concoction. It adds flavor, thickness and depth to my desserts . I have bought it 3 times now. Love it. I like that I can add it to my boiling juice and it dissolves perfectly. I have lost 25 pounds on this gelatin trick diet I found by googling g it. I enhanced recipe eith the powdered egg whites for even more protein. I add the egg white powder yo gelatin powder and a can of coconut got a gun top layer once the bottom layer has set. Good stuff.

Great Protein Option
I can't do whey protein as it hurts my stomach, so I am constantly looking for other powder protein options. I do like pea, and pumpkin powder so this was a new try. I LOVE IT! It is so light and airy when mixed w/ almond milk and it has caused zero GI issues. I also like that it isn't gritty or heavy. The price is a bit of a bummer , but I will prob just use it as my alternate not my daily due to cost. Worth a try! 25 grams in 2 scoops. BIG DOWNSIDE one bag is ONLY 7 servings! SO beware if you are using this daily you might need to buy several bags or try a biger bulk brand.

Clean protein source that mixes better than expected
I decided to try this egg white protein powder because I wanted a simple protein option without dairy or whey. Overall it’s been a solid alternative, especially if you’re looking for a clean protein source. The powder mixes fairly well compared to some other egg white proteins I’ve tried. When shaken in a bottle or blended into a smoothie, it dissolves pretty smoothly without too many clumps. The texture is lighter than whey and doesn’t feel heavy after drinking it. The flavor is mild, which makes it easy to mix with other ingredients like fruit, almond milk, or peanut butter. It doesn’t have a strong aftertaste, and it works well as part of a smoothie or post-workout shake. One thing I like about egg white protein is that it provides a good amount of protein while staying relatively low in carbs and fat. It’s also a good option for people who avoid dairy-based proteins. Pros: • Good dairy-free protein option • Mixes fairly smoothly in shakes or smoothies • Mild flavor that blends well with other ingredients • High protein content per serving Cons: • Slight egg flavor if mixed only with water • Best results when blended or shaken well Overall, this is a good egg white protein powder if you want a simple, dairy-free protein supplement that works well in smoothies and shakes.

Amazing clean protein! Great for baking!
My husband and I love this protein! It’s great for baking. We put it in our Greek yogurt every morning and whip it up. It gives us the extra protein and makes the consistency much better! The only ingredient is dried egg whites so there’s no additives like other proteins powders. 10 out of 10! Eggcellent value for the money!

Great addition for stabilizing meringue.
I use this to stabilize the meringue I make when making Macarons. I add it to my regular egg whites while mixing the sugar in to whip up the meringue. It works very well to help maintain the structure of the meringue while I fold in the flour mixture and then do the macaronage. I have seen recipes using ONLY this to make the meringue for Macarons, but have not tried it yet.

Very chalky tasting
It required a very large scoop for a limited amount of protein. It tasted like chalk. I put it in a smoothie and it was too chalky tasting to me. I even split the smoothie in half and added more fruit to each half it did not help get rid of the taste.
