These vitamins are wonderful! They help with digestive challenges. For me, I have a hard time digesting fatty foods and red meat (but still like to eat it). If I take these regularly, my body responds positively. On days I don't, I notice. The flavor is pleasant papaya. The gummies are soft and delightful. I don't mind them at all. I usually take 2 a day, but when I know I'll be eating something hard for me, or if I have heartburn or something else going on, I'll take them with every meal. I've ordered these several times now and even got some for my dad, who I inherited some of my issues from. He didn't complain so I take that as he doesn't hate them. Incase anyone is worried about flavor or texture ( I am ALWAYS skeptical when it comes to taste of supplements ) these taste like fruit snacks. I would eat the entire container! Does it work? Also yes ( providing you do your part as well. With regular exercise and a decent diet you will absolutely feel a difference in your body! A tasty treat that helps keep you regulated?! AND budget friendly. These will be a staple in my morning supplement stack.

I was hoping for better results.

I ordered 2 bottles I was able to get 4 unstuck and they helped me but the rest of the gummies are all melted together. I tried to get them apart but they just keep breaking into pieces.
