Nice book but arrived damaged the front cover was hanging off the front and since it's a binder book I can't fix it as the punched holes are ripped off

As one of the most famous and successful supermodels in history, Cindy Crawford knows about makeup and this book is a great guide. I like the fact that this book teaches the fundamentals and not the over-done contouring and dramatic makeup that can look clownish. Plus, this book includes many pictures of the flawless, gorgeous author, Cindy. I bought this book when I was in cosmetology school because of the practical information it offers but also because I'm a huge fan of Cindy's and have always appreciated her intelligence, beauty and kindness.

Even though this book is old from years ago I found the advice educational and extra tips I learned from it about makeup not taught to me when I took a course are invaluable!

I love this book! I think because Cindy Crawford has so much experience with the world of beauty that she cuts through all the bull, and gets to basic stuff if you want to wear make-up but do not want to look like a floozy. Plus, she gives great tips on buying makeup, using makeup, etc. She gives unvarnished but very helpful advice. It is the best book I have seen on beauty tips. Plus the pictures and silver cover are cool too. I am surprised it is not on shelves anymore. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't know what they are doing when it comes to makeup.
