I have been following your amazing Cacao Bean to Bar from the start when you started your journey your first Channel 4 Series when you gathered all your lovely old machinery and you journeys to Hacienda Venezuela for your Cacao beans. I love your new book all the history and your Journey you share with us your followers. I look forward to start cooking and making truffles etc with your Peruvian Dark Cacao. . I already grind beans for cooking Spag Bol, Chilli, Scrambled Eggs, Beef, Lamb & Chicken Casseroles gives a really tasty rounded flavour to the sauce hubby loves to. Need to make some Aztec Hot Chocolate to keep the energies with natural to sweeten 😋 Your new chocolate bible as my guide. Thanks again 🍵 😊
