Didn’t pair with laptop
Returned.Pros: good sounds qualityCons: smallest buds were still quite big, hurt my ears. wouldn’t connect to my laptop at all (dell inspirion) seems you have to download additional drivers but there were none available to me so the whole process was really annoying.

Issue with connectivity
I used this day and day for about a month and a bit.I tried to use my headphones today as every other day and now only one earbud is connecting with the other not even turning on as the shared image below. I have spent 2 hours researching how to fix this and cannot seem to find a way to get it to work once again.I am really disappointed as I was genuinely enjoying the usage of these earbuds!!

There was not charging cable and don’t even go on even after charging with an alternative charger
They are not working logged a return but they have not been picked up.Basically I have lost money on this purchase and that’s very disappointing
