I’ve been using these TOZO Crystal Pods for about six months now, and overall I’m very satisfied with them. The sound quality is surprisingly good for the price—clear highs, solid bass, and an immersive feel that works great for music, podcasts, and calls. They’re also very comfortable to wear for long periods, and the battery life has been more than enough for my daily use. I did run into an issue with my first pair: one of the earbuds was draining much faster than the other. I contacted the company, and they replaced the defective unit without any hassle. Since then, the replacement has worked perfectly, and I haven’t had a single problem. Considering the price and all the features you get, I think these earbuds offer outstanding value. If you're looking for something affordable without sacrificing quality, these are a great option.

These have become my everyday earbuds. I’m not an audiophile, but for the price, they sound fantastic to me! I’ve tried several other budget brands, and none of them match the sound quality of Tozo. I used it mostly for listening to music, not much for calls. The noise cancellation is impressive as well. They’re also my go‑to choice for short flights of about 2–3 hours. I used to bring my Bose QC headphones, but they take up too much space in my backpack. I like these so much that I’ve already gifted two pairs to family members. Their customer support has been great too. My first pair had an issue where the earbuds wouldn’t sync to each other. Each earbud has its own Bluetooth connection. I contacted tech support, explained the problem, and mentioned that a hard reset didn’t help. Since they were still under warranty, they immediately sent me a replacement, and I received within a few days. For these reasons, I felt compelled to write a good review.

These things punch well above their weight. I grabbed them on sale for $20 to use as a cheap travel pair and I'm very happy. The sound quality was surprisingly good, and the app has EQ tuning so you can make them sound just right. For comparison my usual earbuds are the Pixel Buds A. If my $80 Pixel Buds are an 8 on the sound quality scale, then this $20 Tozo pair is a 7. Plus, these look pretty cool and unique! As far as noise cancellation goes, it's pretty good. It will drown out basic white noise and background noises pretty well, but that's as far as it goes. Don't expect anything amazing, but it's certainly better than it should be at this price point. I recommend these if you need a cheap, easy to use set of earbuds.

sound pretty decent all the eq settings are adjustable and so on.. I just want to give this props because I accidently but the right earbud... (somehow only the right) through 3 wash cycles... washing machine and dryer still works... only lasts for 2 hours now instead of the 5+ but that's still very impressive they fit well, they connect over 40 feet from my laptop or my phone... ohhh and the noise cancelation is darn good for the price

These headphones are AMAZING. Especially for the price. They last for hours. The sound is high quality and they pair instantly. Signal never drops, re-pairing them is easy when you need to do it. The case looks very high end. And the best part is how fast they charge while inside the case. 3-5 minutes will give you almost 2 hours of use. I’ve had mine for almost a year and will for sure order them again.

This sound really good and are a good deal at this price point. HOWEVER, despite what Rufus AI says, these are not truly multipoint earbuds. You can connect to only one device at a time. At least you don't have to re-pair them, but you cannot have them connected to both a laptop and a phone, despite what the AI descriptions say. Which was a bummer because I really needed multipoint connection, and now I'm scrambling to find another set that can do it before I travel. I'm still within the return window, but I might keep these anyway. Because they really do sound good.

I bought the TOZO Hybrid ANC looking for a decent pair of everyday earbuds without spending too much. I’ve been using them for several days now, and honestly, they’ve worked really well. The sound is clear, with strong bass that doesn’t feel overwhelming. I liked that vocals and instruments still come through with detail, even in busy tracks. I tried different genres and they all sounded good. The app also lets you adjust the sound to your liking. There are several presets, and you can create your own, which I found really useful. The noise cancellation was better than I expected. It doesn’t block everything, but it cuts down background sounds like traffic or distant conversations quite a bit. On the bus or in a noisy office, it definitely helps. I also tried the transparency mode, and it works well when you need to stay aware of your surroundings without taking the earbuds off. For calls, I had no issues. People could hear me clearly, and I could hear them just fine—even outside. The noise reduction mics seem to do their job because I didn’t have to repeat myself or raise my voice. Battery life has been solid. I used them for several hours in a row without needing a charge. The case gives you multiple recharges and is small enough to carry around in a pocket. The transparent lid isn’t exactly my favorite look, but it’s not a big deal. They’re also comfortable. They fit well in my ears, stayed in place while walking, and I didn’t feel any discomfort after long listening sessions. Bluetooth connection was quick right out of the box and hasn’t dropped once. Overall, I’ve been impressed. They’re not luxury earbuds, but they get the job done really well. Good sound, useful noise canceling, easy to use, and solid battery life. For the price, they offer a lot.

Excelentes audífonos. El sonido es de lo mejor que he tenido. Si eres muy exigente en cuanto a la calidad de audio, estos audifonos no te van a decepcionar. La aplicación es de mucha ayuda y fácil de utilizar. La conexión con el celular o reproductor de mp3 es muy buena y fácil.

I currently have a set of JBL's that were a Christmas present from work, I really like them for the bass and comfort. Enter stage right the TOZO Crystal Pods, this little things have blown the JBL's out of the water for sound quality, noise cancelling, battery life and phone calls. I connected them to my laptop for a Teams call and they were perfect, the mic's were not impacted by a noisy a/c unit in my office and they were extremely comfortable to wear for long periods. The battery life was hardly impacted after a day, unlike the JBL's. In the box you get multiple covers to ensure they fit your ears perfectly, charging box and holder, charging cable and instructions. Once you download the TOZO app they connect and the app has an immense amount of easy to configure options. The EQ setting are so much better than the JBL's and the noise cancelling options allow for full NC, Reduce wind noise, Transparency mode (which is great to keep you in touch with what is going on around you) and normal mode. The EQ settings is very good, you can choose multiple pre set options or (and this is the bit I love), you can try EQ configurations that have been uploaded by other users. Just when you thought TOZO were done, they throw in IPX5 rating which makes then ideal for training, sweat and light drizzle................................all of this for £29.99. My JBL's have been handed down to my daughter, I am a TOZO convert.

La qualità audio è sorprendente: bassi profondi e potenti, medi ben bilanciati e alti chiari, perfetti sia per ascoltare musica che per guardare film o fare chiamate. Il suono è pieno e immersivo, degno di cuffie molto più costose. Il comfort è eccellente: sono leggere, ergonomiche e rimangono ben salde all’orecchio anche durante l’attività fisica. Le uso per allenarmi e non si muovono minimamente. Inoltre, la certificazione impermeabile IPX8 le rende ideali anche per la corsa o sotto la pioggia senza alcuna preoccupazione. Altro punto fortissimo è la batteria: durata incredibile! Con la custodia di ricarica si arriva tranquillamente a diversi giorni di utilizzo senza dover cercare una presa di corrente. Il Bluetooth è stabile e immediato, si collegano in un attimo e non perdono mai il segnale. Infine, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è semplicemente imbattibile. This is my 2:nd Tozo product, have a NC9 also really satisfied with them these one are probably the softest fit I have used in these type of wireless headset. My NC9 with 6 mics for Clear Calls is better than the 4 mics these one has, but it is good enough for most settings and the fit made these ones favorite for now.
