Amazing soft light! Worth it!
The quality of soft light you get out of this lantern is amazing. In regards to ease of use, it's the same setup process as Aputure lanterns or most other lanterns so there's not a huge benefit to getting Glow-EZ for a lantern I'll be honest.Also, you'll need a pretty powerful COB light to use this size of a lantern. I'm using an Aputure 600D Pro, I wouldn't go lower than an Amaran 200D

Great quality for the price
It’s incredibly easy to pop up, and it’s sturdy. I’ve used it on a handful of projects now, and I haven’t been disappointed. I paired it with the aputure 300d lightstorm, and it spead the light nice and evenly without any noticible hot spots. I’ve also used it with some studio strobes and had the same quality experience. There is a tiny color shift toward the cooler, but unless you test it with a color meter, you probably won’t notice.I wish it came with an easy to attach skirt, or at least some Velcro, but easy enough to do on you own.

Simple, effective
I needed a modifier for an LED light and this did the job. It's plenty big and super quick to setup. Why should you pay any more for such a simple product?
