I'm going to order directly from ERAZER to avoid a third issue.

Got these because I needed something for work and personal use. I was expecting the Erazer over the ear earbuds, and instead recieved a dupe brand that requires you to scan a QR on the screen(its the same link in the book) to download an exercise app (Fere Fit) to make it work, even though you connect it to the bluetooth with your phone. And even then the reviews of the app say the same thing, got headphones that required me to download this app, and my headphones won't pair.If I wanted an off brand I would have gone for it and instead I now have something that I feel like I cant 100% trust and cant even use. What a waste!

Love this Bluetooth headset it’s very smooth and sometimes I don’t even remember I have it on
