Door Centre Gearbox - ERA Saracen Surelock - 92PZ - 45mm Backset

Door lock barrel wouldn't fully turn and when took apart from door realised this gearlock mechanism was the problem.Found a sticker on the existing one saying ERA 6045 and seen on Amazon with next day delivery for price better than usual DIY stores.Order 10pm on a Saturday night and arrived around 4.45pm on Sunday afternoon.Fitted and works perfectly in the door with the existing handles, lock barrel and those side door lock things.Superb!Make sure you order the correct size!

took pot luck, my handles were all floppy, but no make on the bolt anywhere, so I checked measurements against drawing, fitted perfectly, exactly the same, even same hand, took less than 10 mins to change, now works like new, well pleased.

Perfect drop-in replacement. Although the exact model code was not listed on the web page, the photo showed a small label on the item which matched the one on the faulty unit being replaced. Delivery was prompt.

Why did you choose this product over others?:This was a like-for-like fit for a lock which had become faulty. Whilst I installed it easily and it initially worked, within 6 weeks the lock had started to jam again, making it useless. Annoyingly it is now outside the returns window. Would not recommend.
